Thanks very much for your reply. Unfortunately, these kinds of insincerity are what we have to deal with since we’re not around to actually supervise what artisans do for us. Is there a long term solution to this? Or I have to start changing all of them to .5mm glasses all over again?

u will be changing it as they are cracking till when u change everything, but let them do phisical checking for u, to ensure it's 4mm they used, before changing everything, thanks

It’s mostly at the middle in some windows upstairs and downstairs. Note this windows were installed a year ago. How come a year after 4 windows have cracked and there are chances many more would. Is that how I will be changing window glass that frequently? I still feel this has to do with the window glass thickness. I may be wrong though.

GOOD MORNING SIR,from the experience sir, two things involved, the glass may be less thicker like (4mm) or the measurements of the glasses they put into the aluminum frames is over tight, this will result to this too, those are the two things u need to work with in this case sir, thanks,

My people, last year, I did install windows in my house. This year, I discovered that the windows in different rooms are beginning to crack. Is it normal? The person that served as a contractor in supplying the windows is claiming it’s normal because there are a lot of hitting and cracking of walls in the building which is causing vibrations and making the windows to crack. I am suspecting they used poor quality glass and the glass might not be .5mm glass we agreed upon while making payments. So those with experience here, is it normal?
