Good morning my able engineer.. Tecno wx3 is having charging problem. D phone is not charging at all.. When plug to power outlets, it will show charging, but in d next 2 to 3 hrs it might charged up to 5%n later it will b discharging n remain in d same % like 2% for hours,, pls what could b d problem n solution to dis, expecting ur reply urgently.. I said go to ur phones settings and u will see accounts then click add new account then select add Google account I don't know how it shows in ur phone but it should be something like dis

am able to log in through browser but can't log in through Gmail app.... Wat else can I do now.. Aw do I log in through d app n add my account.. Tanks bro

try crosschecking ur account name and password I feel it's ur network. To crosschecking, try to login to ur Google account through ur browser to check whether u still remember ur account password. If it login successfully, u will know its ur Google app. Then clear the data of your Google app and try to add ur existing account again. If it still shows server error try to create a new Google account. If it works, add ur former Google account again

don't factory reset,first clear Playstore cache and u install its updates and data , then just remove ur Google account in settings-account then add the account again by using ur Gmail and password. And open Playstore again

When last did you upgrade the app? You could try a factory reset to see if it'll stop

Might be a couple of things. Connect to a Wi-Fi and try again or clear cache of the app

My good people of nairaland... Google play store not opening on my phone tecno spark 7..if I click on it, it will not load at all, but if I off my data, it will say.,u,ll b notify when connection is back. But wen I on d data, it will say connection is back u can now explore Google store, when I now click on it.. It will just keep rolling till eternity, pls wats d possible cause n solution

System update takes more mb.. depending on d update made... U can check d size of d up date wen u won 2 start

My tecno spark 7 can't install app not from play store.. I send a vidmate app tru xender....instead to display install n cancel.... It only display cancel.. ..wats d problem n possible solution...
In addition.... Y also phone always showing ui system have stopped.... Dis app or dat app have stopped... Wats d cause n possible solution.... Tanks to u all as I awaits ur response

That app was downloaded from an unknown source. So, it need to analyzed and scanned before it can enter ya phone
