TREATMENT FOR ROUGH SKIN

INGREDIENTs:

1. Bananna (ripe one please)------2pieces

2. Walnut flour -----------2 and half spoons

(Just grind the walnut into powder or paste if fresh)

3. Sugar------------------------2 spoons

4. Jojoba oil(coconut oil, olive oil)----------------2 spoons

5. Honey--------------------------1 spoon

6. Salt -------------------1/2 spoon (optional)

(Any of the above can be used but jojoba oil is more soothing and effective)

Direction:

- Blend the bannana into smooth paste

- Add the walnut (blended) and stir together

- Add the honey and stir

- Add the salt and stir properly to mix in

-Add the oil and stir together to have a well blended and smooth paste

Finally, package for use.

USAGE: gently rub the paste on your face and massage into face till it looks or feels kind of dry on your face.

-If you are going to use as entire body scrub, you may need someone to help apply all over the desired part using the method above.

- Allow to stay for 10-15 minutes then rinse off gently.

RESULT:
This removes dead cells and make the skin feels smooth and very soft.

Clears pimples. Generally, good for rough face.
