No, it's the same for every other applications I try to download using play store.

Downloading and installing apps through play store on my A7PRO is always a problem.
You can imagine a 3mb app taking like forever to download and or install once it's gets to like 90%.

Please what can I do?

To enter safe mode, just press and hold the power button, just like you would when turning off the device. Once the power off icon pops up on your screen, tap and hold it for a second or two, select OK, and just wait for the device to reboot. That's it.........

I have force restart, normal restart, switch off and on.
It will work, then few minutes later seize.

I'm having a problem with my A7 Pro just this evening. One time, the sound is playing fine, the next minute you it doesn't.
I tried to increase the volume, still I can't hear any sound.

Please what can I do?

I just discovered that even with 4G network, I can't download from Playstore.

I'm using A7 pro, with an MTN SIM.

This happened barely 9 days after purchase of umidigi a7 Pro for a customer on jumia.

And I called, and sent an email they said I've passed the deadline for returning of items. I'd advise not to get this device, it's really frustrating. And it's looking as though I adviced my client wrongly. The weight is now on me.

And nothing happened to the phone, no crackes or scratch to put up a defence.

And it's surprising how the price keeps falling. I bought this 43k on jumia, now its 39k or so.

And I don't think they even have a repair center here in PHC. It's quite sad.

I noticed something like this on my phone just last week Friday a week after I took delivery of the phone.
I immediately press the power button twice.
Thank God my condition isn't permanent.

I'm using the normal WhatsApp downloaded from play store.

I think the problem is that I can't upload screen recorded files.

I have recently discover that my A7 pro cannot upload video content on my WhatsApp status.
