I ask" when you will agree with me that there are no worthy ambassadors for Islam at the moment because of the bombings and suicide attacks going on in the name of Allah and you are asking why is there a natural hatred for the religion of Islam. Dont you see that if you were a worthy ambassador too you would be pleading the case of non-violence and not discrimination because there are millions of people who have died all in the name of Allah and millions more to go worldwide.

Islam needs worthy ambassadors not aggressors who want to force the religion on people like ISIS and every other Islamic militant.

Try to be a worthy ambassador, preach the peace of Islam, its tenets and walk the talk... you will see people will begin to accept it.

What you need to know is people do not hate Islam but they fear people who practice Islam.

i appreciate what you just said bro. Myself,i used to think those islamic funadamentalists were acting according to the islamic law haven considered some verses of the holy qur'an talking about jihad (holy war),but however,contextual meaning of the quran is better explained through tafsirs (explanations) by islamic scholars e.g. Bn kathir. This english translations is just to give an insight into the simple interpretation w/o any deep explanation regarding the "cause,circumstances,and implicarions" under which each verse was revealed and used.

prophet muhammad aint a crazy fella. I believe God sent him just as he sent Jesus with msg to revive the world from destruction. Our believe in them is at own descretion,afterall,no one has seen God himself to ask if really they speak the truth. .

ABUSE OF "ALLAH" BY THE CHRISTIANS

It is no news that every language have their own word used to describe God, which acording to the dictionary means an imaginary supreme being in charge of all things. In Nigeria for instance, the yorubas call God "olodumare", ibos call him "chineke" and the hausa call him "hubangidi". Moving to the abrahamic faith,the jews call him "Jehova" while the arabs call "Allah". In such respect,christians acknowldge that jehova is God,and muslims agree Allah is God. The difference in these names is not inthe difference in its meaning but rather difference in language. It pains me,and it becomes among the reasons i registered on nairaland,as christians make mockery of the name "Allah"!! Idols,according to all tribes of the world,have thier own names too.e.g sango,obatala(yoruba),amadioha(ibo),lat,uzza,yaguza(arab) etc. In the bible,the john 3:16 as translated, in the small small gideon bible, in arabic used "li anna hakaza ahabba Allah...." which translates "for God so love..." (ask any one who read arabic to tranlitrate it to you if you don't understand arabic). The problem i see is in the natural hatred for the religion of Islam. Why? I ask. Even if you tackle the muslims,must you abuse your God too? Please,lets be tolerant in our faith. Religion is an issue of the heart,if you don't do this religion,just do your own and let others be.
