President of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, has significantly moved up in the World billionaires’ list as he emerged 64th richest person in the world, with an estimated $16.6 billion, as against his previous ranking of 103rd in the world.

Dangote, who remains the richest man in Africa for the 8th year running, was the only Nigerian on the list of the top 500 billionaires, as released last week by Bloomberg in its yearly billionaires list.

eff Bezos remains the richest man in the world with $136 billion in his kitty while Bill Gates and Warren Buffett followed as 2nd and 3rd respectively with $98.4 billion and $83 billion on the world billionaires’ chart, which is dominated by North Americans.

Dangote’s estimated worth in the latest Bloomberg ranking far outstrips an earlier ranking by the Forbes Magazine, another elite publication which placed his fortune at $10.8bn in the 2019 Forbes Africa’s Billionaires’ list released in January, although he retained the rank as the richest African for the 8th consecutive year in the latter ranking.

There are only five Africans on the Bloomberg list of the world’s top 500 billionaires, with Dangote topping the group. The other four Africans include Nicky Oppenheimer of South Africa, who was ranked No. 216 with an estimated worth of $7.05 billion; Johann Rupert of South Africa (ranked No. 225 with an estimated worth of $6.92bn); and Natie Kash of South Africa (ranked No. 263 with an estimated worth of $6.10bn).

The fifth and last African on the list of 500 HNW individuals was Naguib Sawiris of Egypt, ranked No. 331 with an estimated fortune of $5.12bn.

We also look on to see how Abubakar Atiku seeks to fight the election result in court. Now that Buhari is now there again, I think he should look for ways to address;
1. Insecurity (especially in the North/Middle-belt)
2. Electricity.

What two things do you suggest Baba Buhari looks into first given his emergence as the returning president of Nigeria?

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN. Please kindly attend to this piece of information CONCERNING THE GENERAL ELECTIONS:
1). BE VIGILANT AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE CARD READER.
*When your PVC is slotted into the CARD READER, MAKE SURE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION IS CLOSED before another PVC is slotted in.
If this is not done, your information especially your PICTURE will be used for different people that they already have with them. INSIST that your information be closed.
*For Agents, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION WHEN COLLATING THE RESULTS because results will be sent ELECTRONICALLY first before Ballot Boxes will be taken to Collation Centers.
*Make sure the correct figures is recorded for all parties.
For example, if PDP scores 55 and APC scores 32, VOID 15
let the record be:
PDP - 055
APC - 033
VOID - 015
DO NOT ALLOW 33 because they will add the VOID to it before you know.
*Also, most of the INEC Staffs’ Salaries at the Polling Units are paid by APC.
They have been in training in the last six months;
(2) Your TEMPORARY VOTERS CARD can be used to vote in case you did NOT get your PVC. It is in accordance with the Law. If you’re many at your polling unit without PVC, line up together and insist you must vote. INEC is silent on this.
(3) USE THE LAST FINGER TO VOTE. The space is small and as such may stain others thereby making the vote Invalid.
Roll the paper INWARDLY until you get to PDP alloyed space.
Carefully use your smallest finger to cast your vote and roll out completely. The excess ink will stain the back of the paper and then you can fold and drop the paper in the ballot boxes.

ANd one funny thing about it is, if as you are still negotiating the agency+agreement, one young student will just come and pay. The bad thing for the average citizen here is that, it's still the same agreement+commission you pay regardless of it being a single room, room/Parlor, Self-contain, Mini-flat, or Bedroom flats. The only console is that you know that after a year, you won't be paying that much again.

U wan use one year rent pay 5 yrs. Houses around there go for 400k for 2 rooms that may not even have parking space.

Rent in Yaba/Surulere is much. And that's cos there are about 4 federal institutions there (Unilag/Yabatech/FCE/Nursing school). it's also a Midway between the mainland and the island.......
