No. Men, especially those who have pride and introspect well, should never marry a woman for money. Woman are not built to respect men who are dependent on them.

There is a difference between an ambitious and focused man, who knows where he is going and how to get there, having a women who is his rock that helps him to gain success and a man who deliberately went out of his way to leech on a woman.

Tiwa Savage divorce is the perfect example. It played out in an ugly public mess because T-Billz put Tiwa in a position savvy men don't put a woman.

He left his UK base to come and be with Tiwa in her Naija "Queen Bee" base.

He started leveraging on her connections, through guys like Don Jazzy etal, in hope of gaining success in the entertainment biz in Nigeria. She was sponsoring his life.

In the end, things got so messy Tiwa was openly disrespecting him telling the world she feeds and support him while all he does is take drugs. Basically calling him a leech

His crime? As a man who does not think things through long term, he believed his wife should spend on him, pull strings for him and be his sponsor.

Whereas woman are not built like that. They need to respect their men and even fear them to an extent.

T-Billz should have moved into his own house upon returning to Nigeria and, very important, made the effort to be self-made and thus retain his respect.

Once a woman has seen you grovelling and leeching on her, she'll always view you as pathetic. When a major spat then comes up then her claws come out as with Tiwa who did not respect her husband and therefore did not care about ridiculing him publicly.

Each to their own. I know how I am raising my sons. The instruction is they must go out in the world and compete to be better than other men, provide for their woman and family, make sure everything they have is their own (from house, to cars and businesses) so when a relationship goes bad, which will happen a lot in these days people are very shallow, they move on quickly and happily.

I am predicting 2 Face, if he got with this lady for her money and connection, will end up with another Natasha on his hands in the end. I.e a woman who will be wayward and disrespectful to men she cannot respect.

Women only enduringly love, respect and fear to leave men who are self-made, assured, groom well, keep fit and attractive, are ambitious, have their own independent lives and pursuit and, most importantly, always give the impression they know their worth and will move on to better if a woman misbehaves.

In short, a man a woman can never conquer she respects and love for life and even place on a pedestal higher than other men. Women, long term, retain love and respect men they feel are strong, can protect them and always have answers. Not needy men.

This is why Tiwa was crushing on WizKid, her junior of many years, while she showed T-Billz open disdain and disrespect. He leaned on her too much and, in Tiwa's eyes gave her not much in return. She brought the money , connections, glamour fame etc. What did he bring?

She felt she was the alpha in the relationship, because T-Billz had dragged himself on the floor in her eyes, whereas WizKid does not need Tiwa for anything he cannot get from literally thousands of women out there and does not send her for that same reason. That explains her obsession with one man and her disdain for another.

I don't blame Tiwa at all. Smart men know 'love is not enough" and therefore understand they should never put women in situation they are not built to cope with. Deliberately going to leech on a woman, because you you are broke and failed, will not end well for most men. A agreed with your educative analysis but what I meant was that . It is not bad for a Rich man to marry Rich woman .

Those houses u see there will b standing in the next 70years... So the breaking even on the cost should b around 10 to 15years... House renting is not a business, not is a store of asset...

It is long overdue as most landlords have charged tenants to penury and homelessness...

These are my own proposal for law on landlord and tenant:

1. The landlord reserve the right to set his price for accomodations in his house.. however,

2. The landlord cannot increase the rent by more than 15% of the previous rent

2. The landlord cannot increase the rent before a period less than 4 years from the previous increament

3. If the landlord wants a tenant out by reason of "I want to make use of the property"... He cannot put another tenant into the room for rent purpose for at least 12 months..

4. Any new tenant brought in after rule (3) must not pay rent more than 15% of the existing tenants..

5. If the landlord evicts tenants for reason of renovations, the physical upgrade must be evident after eviction before new set of tenants can come in...

6. If after rule (5), the landlord cannot increase the rent by more than 20% of previous rents...
