What did ebilokan and his placeholder successors do with the 80 times increase in budget, due to IGR squeezed out of the masses, for 26 years if we still have to drink shitty water from boreholes in compounds with sewage septic soak away tanks?

Why have they all failed to employ engineers, technicians, accountants, clerks, layers, secretaries, billing agents etc for the past 26 years to make pipe borne water available to all Lagosians?

Oga !!! What is making it difficult for Adeleke to approach Supreme court on this ? You can't use same appeal court judgements over the existing ones. Why is also difficult for all these Governors to allow free Autonomy for all these local government . Tinubu can not do anything on this mater of court of laws issues which should be redressed by Higher court .
