The money requested was to rebuild some roads and infrastructure affected by the explosion not for the victims. That's what was reduced to 50bn from 100bn requested and then only 30bn was released after almost a year

Can you tell his plans on the undisclosed funds stached in the bank for over 2 years? You have nailed the point . These is the reasons many Nigerians need to support separations of local government from those state governors . Nigerians have many questions to ask many people including lg . Fg has generated his funds for the ministries, States and local government . The FRA 2007 mandates FG to publish all its spending on a monthly basis. Check on the open treasury portal and govspend, you'll not see any such transaction which means it was not reported by FG in contravention of the law.
The FG has a responsibility to announce the payment just as it did for Niger and Borno states which later turned audio and for all the states during the subsidy palliative scam. If the govt could announce scams, how come they found it difficult to announce genuine transactions if not that they were also planning to chop the 20bn. This is two years. Where is the 20bn?
Seyi Makinde never denied receiving money. He denied receiving 50bn and that fact stands till today

Can you see how you sound ? It is only the responsibility of the giver to announce what is given not the receivers? The questions you should asked if you have humans emperty is " has he borrowed to settle those need to be compensated base on the topic of the funds before he decided to keep the 30b unused in the bank ? Does he has the feelings of his people and love for heart for keeping what is meant to be distributed in a bank for up to 2 years? If he has borrowed to do that where did it appeared in the state expenses that the money was borrowed from the state that will later return when the FG make complete payment of the said funds ? Is it how the FG failed to write in the report mater to you or who suffered and what made it impossible for your pay master to be transparent in his style of governance ? Are you not concerned about those that need to benefit from the said funds kept in the bank by your pay master? Are you not feeling shame for this work given to you? Lastly pls can you tell me the difference between what your pay master did and what many of them did during COVID palliative saga?

1. Very wrong. No 50bn was given and he never posted evidence of 50bn disbursed. Go back and check what he called evidence
2. There's no moral burden on Seyi Makinde to declare incomplete payments which he never spent. What the money is meant for is clearly written in the narration and it does not make sense for money to be spent when incomplete. That's what leads to incomplete projects. The FG should explain why they've not fulfilled the payment after 2 years and where the money is
3. Again. Seyi has no business announcing incomplete funds. The FG should have announced it as they used to do for other states especially as they did for Niger and Borno states. Why did FG hide the fact that they gave 30bn out of 50bn to a state if not that they are being mischievous
4. It is you who is reasoning along partisan lines. Makinde did absolutely nothing wrong. The money is in the account untouched. The money is not complete. Yet you're placing moral burden on Seyi for incomplete funding while excusing FG that claimed to approve 50bn but only released 30bn. We've seen the 30bn. Where's the remaining 20bn from FG side

That transfer is supposed to reflect there since it came from FG treasury but unfortunately, because of the rogue nature of our govt, it's not there. All FG transactions are supposed to be recorded in the open treasury portal. Even on govspend, it's missing as well. That shows you how fraudulent FG is
