Again you're using sentiment to lie for the company. Because it's a private organisation doesn't mean welfare of staffs should be neglected. The company is not the only private company in Nigeria. Bua, Mtn, etc are all private companies with working welfare package.

The company doesn't have any rules or handbook that says " DONT JOIN A UNION", the even claimed recently that unionism is welcomed, staffs can join the union of they want to. So where are you getting this emotional assumptions from The staffs hasn't made any requests at all, the union hasn't made any negotiations concerning salary or pay, so where exactly is the sabotage ?

If he's truly treating the staffs well, why not prove it and show the world, so we can see how greedy they are. Why lying ??

You sack all Nigerian Engineers in a single day with the term "sabotage". The company cannot still explain the type of sabotage and how it involves all the Nigerian nations. Some of you make all this comments because of political affiliations. I have friends there with family that are greatly affected by this without even knowing the crime the committed. Some of them did not even join the union, but they were sacked.

Dangotes must get incomes for him to pay his workers. Dangote is not NNPC that always gets funds from government upon non productivity of the NNPC. Oga You can establish your own company and employ based on your sentimental feelings for him and others. If you establish your own company allow your staffs to join unions that will not allow you to have control over your workers and see how successful your company will be.
