Nairaland General › Re: Why Do People Tag Lalasticlala Than Other Mods? by adellam16(f): 9:21pm On Jul 20, 2015 |
Niklausa: Don't be an ignoramus.
Nairalanders tag him when they create threads because he is the no1 super moderator in charge of moving topics to the home page. That's basically his job. So they tag him so that he would be able to view their threads to see if it is front page worthy and move it there if it is. Guy u were supposed to respond to d OP. someone asked a question not me. Its wat I noticed I said. Say wat u know and Stop being d ignoramus here. |

Dennygirl: I noticed almost every thread opener tag lalasticlala to their post, i think they prefer him to other mods.. Why is that?is it that ishilove, farano, and the rest are not consistent with their work? Am just curious abeg... Nairalanders tag lalasticlala because they always like to follow d crowd. D trend in nairaland is if someone starts something they follow! |

Career › Re: See The Cake A Nairalander Made (photos) by adellam16(f): 8:20pm On Jul 17, 2015 |
chizidgreat: So many people keep complaining of joblessness in Nigeria whereas there are many jobs depending on how you can develop yourself and crearte good payable job for yourself.
As an undergraduate, have done my best to learn a number of things I can do to help myself. Part of these is that I can bake and design cake very well as you can see above, I can also make good peanuts, chin-chin, bread, buns, fish roll, egg roll, egg scotch etc. I can also decorate very well and as a matter of fact, I can establish myself very well as a caterer and designer if I wish even as a student.
The Interesting part of the story is that I did not attend any school for all these things.
As a child, I always sat near my mother whenever she made cake for customers and if I see anybody making any other thing related to catering anywhere, I will pay rapt attention to learn. The same way is the way I sat near her in the kitchen not minding my gender and today, I can prepare any local, continental and/or intercontinental dishes ever prepared in our house.
For the decoration, I simply learnt that from my fellowship decoration (creativity) wing in school. I am still developing myself and I want you to know that there are also other countless things I can do.
The reason for this is not to brag or to show superiority over any other but to simply spur my fellow youths especially those in school to develop themselves and do something to help yourself and your parents. Thank you for your time.

Romance › Re: Ladies: Reasons To Be Married Before 27 by adellam16(f): 3:31pm On Jul 12, 2015 |
Bhella5: The question of the right time to get married has been a hot topic in different groups and talk shows over the past few months. Find out below, 6 reasons you should get married before the age of 27. 1. Prevent sin: For those who believe in the concept of purity before marriage. Early marriage is one thing that can help you enjoy sex the way it was designed.
2. You can never really be ready: You will always want to make more money and be more comfortable and be a better person to ‘increase’ your options. But it’s even better when you can grow and become better with the person you love by your side, supporting you and propping you up during this journey.
3. You’ll never find the right companion: Many are in constant search for their ‘one true love’ and this tend to make them spend more years waiting, you’re probably not the right person for anyone. Just learn to improve on yourself.
4. Heartbreak: Many ladies decide not to try love again simply because a guy betrayed her. sweetheart just one word, “If he deserves you, he wont leave or break your heart”. Put together the pieces of your heart and move on.
5. Self confidence: As a lady, your self confidence automatically increases when you are married because you think in a more matured manner having at the back of your mind that you are a complete woman.
6. Fear of commitment: Commitment is willingness to give your time and energy to something that you believe in, or a promise or firm decision to do something. If you are still scared of commitment, its high time you snap out as someday you have to be committed to one thing or another. Society and some cultures have driven the concept of late marriage deep in the consciousness of everyone because of the alarming increase in divorce which has made marriage a feat for only those with courage. copy and paste! Family › Re: Why Do Non-virgin WOMEN Wear WHITE Wedding Dresses? by adellam16(f): 3:26am On Jul 08, 2015 |
Lordabas: Why is it that non-virgin women feel that they have the right to wear white when they finally decide to get married after years & years & years & years of having premarital sex and shaking up with their boyfriends?
Is it that they want to pretend they're pure and clean after romping around in the mud?
I recently went to a wedding where the bride had been living with her bf for 8yrs & already had 2 kids for him... Yet she still wore a pure white wedding gown. The white gown is supposed to symbolize a brides purity & virginal essence. I feel it destroys the traditional purpose of wearing white when the bride is FAR from being a virgin.
Shouldn't the non-virginal bride wear a black wedding dress or something? dere is one Ode in d osas ighodalo page dat wil c dis as offensive |
Romance › Re: How My Girlfriend Failed My Fidelity Test. by adellam16(f): 11:12pm On Jul 07, 2015 |
Pchidexy: I met this girl when I was a teacher in a private school five years ago. She was a teacher as well. She was a hell of beauty. We both had feelings for each other but there wasn't anything serious. We lost contact when I left the school to pursue business. Five years later, in 2015, we met again. This time, we got really acquainted to each other. We were rolling!
The Test: I purposely gave her number and details to my friend who is a real player. He scooped her and she fell. She was money conscious as she demanded Samsung galaxy and some money from my friend. He never gave her any of those things. Just by promising her marriage she willingly opened her legs for him. All these while, I was updated by my friend. She never knew I knew about her escapades.
If you were in my shoes what would you do?
As for me I see her as worthless and only use her to quench konji. Guy she never was ur gf, u just wanted to mess around wit her. U succeeded. Keep it up |

aflyingbird: if you're not a virgin, I AM. so don't think i'm supporting them because i'm not. and you say you're not judging. you brought up virginity when we weren't walking about that. leave her or other women's virginity out of it, not your business. so you're not even a virgin and acting like you're better than them because you support african dresses. fine, that's you, other african women can wear what thet want. nothing to be upset about here. get it? good. Ur not making sense to me still. D gist is about wat white wedding dresses symbolizes in Europe, dose who know wat I mean know. I'm married wit 2 kids so y shuld I still b a virgin, I don't know bout u. But if u prefer screaming ur head off continiously b my guest. I'm done trying to reason. with u. If u like reply! |
