You can reapply if you can defend all your outflow with detailed receipt. A very detailed cover note explaining your previous refusal and your current situation with details on your inflow and outflow should work. You can’t rush it. A forensic detailing of your statement with proof e.g receipt could help. Worked for me. I was refused twice consecutively and reapplied immediately and got it the 3rd time but I did a lot of explaining

I did on the 1st June and I am yet to get a decision. I noticed people who did student visas around this day and even +1/2 days after mine, have received their decisions though (VI and ikeja)
