Hello guys, pls has anyone used ultra power saving? At what percent does it get activated? How long can it possibly last in this mode? Lastly, when fully charged in power saving mode, how many hours left does it display, is it up to 24hrs?

Well the default video player has an option to trim, so I guess you can just cut out the part you like...

Guys I beg you to pls help me, my flip cover doesn't sleep my phone every time I put it on. When I turn on my phone, I have to go to security and change from pattern to slide and back again before it works. Is this normal, am I the only one experiencing this? Also my flash share, I need to restart my phone before I can use it or else it won't connect. Last, the inadvertently mode, does it work for anyone, cuz I tried it and put the phone in my pocket by it didn't work. These are all my problems with this phone, your replies will be greatly appreciated!

I don't know why you guys are bothered about the few people on this thread that are perceived to be antagonistic. The fact is tecno is not a high end phone manufacturer, if they were a lot of the people here won't have their phones. To compare their products to that of the high end manufacturers is simply ludicrous. Stating your dislike of their products will do nothing to change the type of products they churn out. Unless their mission statement has changed, tecno 's aim is to produce smartphones that are cheap for Africa. Their phones are relevant and have some of the features of the high end phones, but that's where it ends! With this in mind, I hope all these arguments borne out of misconception will end, gracias people!

You won't regret it, I'll list the reasons.
1. A lot of smart gestures (don't underestimate the double tap to wake) most high end phones still don't have it as it is essentially an LG feature.
2. The screen is awesome, display aside. The phone responds even with gloves on and even when your hands are wet. (a little pressure with gloves on tho) Most high end phones can't do it.
3. Nobody has mentioned it on this thread. Have y'all heard about cast screen ? Haha, it will blow your mind!!! Basically you can project what's on your phone to a TV. Imagine playing Asphalt 8, y'all can thank me later. Oh it can be found in the display settings.
4. USB OTG, y'all know about this, but trust me it's fantastic! You can store videos on a flash drive, documents, audio files and simply access them on your phone via a USB OTG cable.

Guess this is my review, my rating of this phone 8/10

Hey people it's me again, remember the guy that told you all about the camera application for 4.3? Well I'm back again, you ever heard of gesture typing? Yes it's a feature that is supposed to be on the keyboard of jellybean 4.2.2 which is what our phone is running, sadly it's not. Not to worry, for people like me that really like swiping to type, yes you too can get the keyboard that is rightfully ours and tecno removed from our phone! Presenting Google keyboard for jellybean 4.2.2 with gesture typing http://android.sc/official-google-keyboard-apk-app-now-available-for-download/. Just follow the instructions after installation. Guess what, I didn't make a single error while I was typing this, it's super accurate! If you don't believe me, try it out!

If your phone is rooted, back up your default gallery app with titanium back up. Google 'camera app for Android 4.3' you'll get a link to download the apk. Before you can install it however, you'll need to delete the default app. I deleted mine using link2sd, now install the new gallery and its done no stress! You can now go to titanium back up and restore your old gallery. After this, you'll have two camera apps to choose from. I only restored the old one because it comes with a gallery widget.

TheTega: Worked like Magic, thanks mate. Hey guys there is no risk in this stuff. Just follow the steps he mentioned in the post. Remember to back up your main Gallery app. You can use Titanuim back up for it. Just search it on playstore. Cheers

Well I was playing around and i stumbled upon the camera app for jellybean 4.3. So now instead of the boring camera app that came with the phone which isn't really stock jellybean, I have the camera app for the latest Android version. To get it just Google jellybean 4.3 camera app, then download it. I had to delete the camera app that came with it although I backed it up because you can't install the new one unless you uninstall the old one. So after everything, I restored the old camera app, now I have two camera apps. The gallery of the new one has more features obviously.

Syllaboi: I don play games often, so I only have few... like Fifa12, pes12,MC4, contact killer zombie 2, gangster 4: Vegas,bladeslinger, NFS most wanted, alien vs predator, Real racing3, fruit ninja, where is my Micky?, despicable me... Just deleted Nova3, GTA3 sky gambler, hawz, real football13 because spaces..

OK so I was in the process of rooting my phone with framaroot I got to the part of rebooting and it was just the android robot that was showing so I did a hard reset out of panic, now that super user app is on my phone, my phone us still not rooted and I can't delete it. I'm confused!
