Good gesture from the Helper. For the fools here blaming LASG on this Act. Never, pray for you to be a victim of whatever accident. It was reported that a man trying to cross a road at Whitesand Area of Orile Iganmu yesterday was killed by a one way hit and run driver. While some fools we sit in their den and be saying trash about lagos traffic law. |
Some of you just uttered nonsense. Thank God you are not the creator. Aurielfinizu: |

By Simon Stone BBC Sport Manchester United have terminated their sponsorship deal with Russia's national airline Aeroflot. Aeroflot has been United's official carrier since 2013 and the latest deal was due to run until 2023. United did not use Aeroflot to travel to play Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday. On Thursday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson banned Aeroflot from operating in the United Kingdom in a response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. In a statement, United said: "In light of events in Ukraine, we have withdrawn Aeroflot's sponsorship rights. "We share the concerns of our fans around the world and extend our sympathies to those affected." As a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, United knew their agreement with Aeroflot could have been caught up in US President Joe Biden's increasing sanctions against Russia. United renewed the deal in 2015, signing a five-year extension reported to be worth $40m (£29.9m).

Chelsea have extended Thiago Silva's contract by one year until the end of the 2022-23 season. The 37-year-old Brazilian defender has made 22 appearances for the Blues so far this campaign. Silva started at the heart of defence as Chelsea beat Manchester City to win the Champions League in May 2021. He has also scored four goals since joining the London club on a free transfer from Paris St-Germain in August 2020. Silva told Chelsea's official website that playing for the club is a "real pleasure". "I never thought I would play for three years here in this great club so I'm very happy to stay for another season," said Silva. "To play here with Chelsea is a real pleasure, I'm going to give everything to keep playing at this level in the most important league in the world." Silva won his 100th cap for Brazil in October.

Mauricio Pochettino has poured cold water on suggestions he could make an immediate move to Manchester United by insisting he’s ‘happy’ at Paris Saint-Germain. Sean Kearns Tuesday 23 Nov 2021 The Argentine is in Manchester as his Paris Saint-Germain side take on Manchester City at the Etihad tomorrow. United have made Pochettino their first choice to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who was sacked on Sunday less than 24 hours after a dismal 4-1 defeat to Watford. Reports in the last 24 hours have suggested Pochettino would be willing to leave the French side midway through the campaign in order to take charge at Old Trafford, which would remove the need for United to appoint an interim boss. But Pochettino has dampened expectations that any move could be imminent by insisting he’s happy with the Ligue 1 giants. ‘I’m happy in Paris,’ said Pochettino. ‘I know the city well both as a player and a coach, I have always lived this type of situation. ‘Things happen and it’s not my responsibility. What I’m going to say if you ask me is that I’m happy in Paris.’ Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Pochettino went further to stress his happiness in Paris and said he accepts rumours are part of the job. ‘I am focused. I am very focused in football,’ said Pochettino. ‘I am not a kid, I am not a child. I spend my whole life playing football and now for more than 12 years being a coach. We are in a business where the rumours are there. ‘I completely understand what is going on, sometimes in a positive way, sometimes in a negative way and this type of thing cannot distract. Rumours are there and we need to live with that. ‘That is the football that we are living. We are so focused. We are giving 100% to get our best from the club and the players to perform in the best way. I am so happy at Paris Saint-Germain.
