I CAN NOT DO WITHOUT PROTEINS IN MY FOOD that is fried fish, fried meat, fried chicken, fried Turkey.

One of the mentioned fried must go with my food be it rice and stew, jollof rice, fried rice, or eba and eggusi or okro soup.

I feel not satisified without meat and fish added as part of the meal.

Even if you empty large quantity of vegetable on my food, I always go for the proteins.
