Hello my follow nairalander I want to ask you for an advise my mother inlaw gave me a plot of land For the past 5 months now though I never visited the place because I don't know know maybe is proper or not,
I got 200k now am thinking of using the money to mark something. Should I collect the land or not, we just did our regisry a month ago.

See I agree with you experience is more than what they are talking about, if I have my company tommorow I can't employ 0 experience worker, I work as a system administartor in ą plc company see there are problems which you can never encounter no matter how good you are if u have never work in such environ. Buld your carrer first.

Time is time, experience is experience. No matter how hard u tried, u'll either say,
"I have 3 yrs experience as a marketer"
OR
"I have a year's experience as a marketer".

U can't be comparing urself with a hardworking man who works round the clock for3 yrs with u who had jst completed a year and u think u have a panacea to yrs of experience.
He had made mistakes u never made, he had learned the hard way, he had gotten himself sacked from a particular area, and had himself deployed to department he never thought of....

i paid 300k for this rent out of 360 on the 10th June, i promised to pay the balance by 25th of June which i did has i promised, he did not give me the key until 27 of June. but he gave me a receipt that read June to May next year which i don't understand why..

secondly i complained about some renovation in that house the man sent a carpenter to do carpentry work while he ask me to look for plumber and send the bill, i looked for one he gave me the bill of 13k. i told the man he shouted and insulted me on phone that he cant pay such amount i told him to send his own plumber which he said he will do, i was out of the house for a week my fiance went to the house she found out the whole house is flooded all the beds and my loads,

I sent a text message to the man in this effect see his reply below

on July 7 u informed me that your plumber
gave u an estimate of 13k after inspection.
that flat was floodede before his. you have
to invite him back to repair or replace
whatever he tampered with
thank.

i dont really know what to do, because i really feel cheated.
