Like obtain a Skilled worker visa myself so I just wanted to know if it's going to cost me the same amount as the normal work visa

I have a Job offer letter for a Job in the NHS UK but they opted not to offer sponsorship as the annual salary isn't up to the sponsor able threshold.

I have the opportunity to source for my visa so I wanted to be sure what exactly I will need to pull this through. Any travel expert in the house please help.
