The problem with us is we just don't listen. A seller will not want to risk sending an item that hasn't been paid for. A buyer will not want to risk sending cash for an item that he/she has not seen. Stop insisting on pay on delivery or pay before delivery. They both have their downsides.

Solution: Only buy items you can easily go and physically inspect yourself or send someone to inspect for you. Only pay after you are satisfied with the condition of the item.

How can you be in Lagos and be going after a deal in the north? Keep your money and wait for offers in your vicinity.

Its just common sense.

same scammer with same user name scammed a friend of mine who is based in lagos of 16k. She advertised a 1 tetra byte external hard drive here.she claimed she was based in makurdi. She has accomplices who called my friend n claimed they were from d courier company she used in sending the items. They are all not picking their calls up till this moment. Tec is good just like its counterpart and not better than the likes of Elepaq, Sumec (firman), Tigmax, Lutian. just note that IF TEC SPOIL OR HAVE ANY ISSUE THE PART IS HELL, NOT READILY AVAILABLE AND VERY MUCH EXPENSIVE. My one cent advice.
