It is not a document you prepare yourself. The university will write it. SO there is no need of sharing a copy of the letter.

The instruction is a letter from the University that the degree was conducted in English.

I only presented a letter from the University and many other people did same. Those that their CO required English test are few and can be challenged by drawing the CO's attention to the instructions provided on their website.

However, for peace of mind of applicants, if they have enough resources for it, the spouse can write an English test. It is not a compulsion provided the spouse has evidence of study in English.

What I did is to pay a local fee of 15k to my school, UNN, using my office address. In 5 days, it was delivered to my office by DHL dispatcher.
I have been using it since, even for AIMS assessment; which returned positive. Don't forget the proof of job experience, at least 2 years.
Speed up. You can do this.

If you have a copy of your transcript, just make a clean copy and notarise it..

If you don't, request for a copy from your uni..when you get it, make a clean copy, notarise and send to AIMS..

My experience wasn't funny at all..I had to re-send all my copies again to AIMS (Extra courier money and printer ink). That's why I told him to make coloured copies 'if he can', so that it can be 'clean' enough ..and also to make sure the contact details of the notary public is on the documents..

It's better to err on the path of caution, than to err on the path of prudence
