If your interest is to work in the oil and gas sector (though not so easy to get in nowadays), you first make a thorough research of the highly sought after skills there.....then go and acquire the skill(s) from a recognized institution....start applying to small oil servicing firms, no matter how small....move closer to where they are concentrated so that you can do physical job-hunting with online and referral.....from there, you can build a career in that sector.





This applies to all fields and sectors.....though things are no longer that easy for young

First thing first, you must find way to carve out a niche for yourself in one sector....there are countless opportunities everywhere, don't be scared to start small. If Nigeria isn't favoring you, look for a way to migrate abroad to give your life a good start.....there are scholarship opportunities, just use Google....Erasmus Mundus scholarship has helped so many Nigerians and Africans

1. There is not a single religious organization out there that cannot claim to have the same number of depressed &/or lonely in its congregation as is found elsewhere.

2. Look inwards to what, though? Anyone can make such ambiguous suggestions, something pastors and imams are notorious for, by the way. What OP likely needs is a counselor to help him figure out what it is he is to look inwards to or for.

. Do you even realize how many of the people in your churches also suffer from depression and/or are battling loneliness? It is pretty much the same as those outside of your church circles. Church attendance does not help or reduce depression &/or loneliness.
