Good morning all.
We all know about the happening in Nigeria since the past few days, this incident has been a eye opener to many Nigerians especially the christians.Its a general belief that the Muslims are the majority in Nigeria, which I beg to disagree. Christian is the majority in Nigeria but the issue they have is they don't vote in unity in election on like the Muslim fold that vote uniformly base on religion, region and directives from their imams and traditional and political elders. This is where the christian need to learn and vote in unity and uniformly.
For example, in Nasarawa state, majority of the population are christians but christian has never been the governor in that state because of disunity among the christians to vote a particular candidate.
Few days ago, Abubakar Atiku deleted the post condemning the killing of Deborah Samuel in Sokoto, calling for the prosecution of the perpetrators, because he was threatened by the Muslim folds of their votes, he quickly ran to delete and denied authorizing the post. He has not condemn the said action. This mean three things:
1) He prefered his presidential ambition than the life lost and he will surely play to the tune of the Muslims when he gets power.
2) He has no regards for the christian community in Nigeria, his government which will never be will be worst than Buhari government in terms of bigotry and nepotism.
3) He is selfish and not a true Leader.
By this action, Abubakar Atiku have lost all the votes of the christians in Nigeria, let see how he will win the presidential election without the election without the votes of christians.
Any political party that field him will lost 2023 presidential election.
Thank God, He has revealed who Abubakar Atiku really is and what he stands for.
Christians, be wise.

I think a new word, "Northern Muslims " should be introduced in the Nigerian media space. This word will capture the mixture of culture and religion in the North, and will help the average non Muslim Nigerian know that what happens in the North is not the wide representation of Islam. The North has its own culture and volatile nature which do not necessarily mean they are acting in line with the Islamic rules.

Have you not observed a vast difference between them and their southern Muslim counterparts? Are you saying those ones don't practice true Islam? How many times have there been religious crisis in the south? The south has a handful of sound Islamic scholars among them who are equally educated the western way.

To whoever cares to hear, the killing of Deborah is not an Islamic thing, it's a northern thing. Go online and compare comments from Hausa Muslims and other Muslims. The difference is clear.
It's noteworthy that most Muslims in the North don't read the qur'an on their own, they only follow what they hear from mallams

If you love someone for real, you obey them. The prophet for instance, is against abuse of substances, pilferage, examination malpractices, oppression etc, but you do all these. But you kill at any given chance to show your love for the prophet. Deep down, you know you only satisfying the monster in you. It's unfortunate Islam takes the blame.

Plus they've asked people to respect other people's religions, which is balanced.

No Muslim will go to Osun Osogbo festival to go and insult them there or start preaching.

No Muslim will go inside a church to disrupt their service with preaching on how they should accept Islam, like that UI girl did back then.

There have been many instances today, where a "Christian preacher" will stand in front of a Mosque to be preaching, disrupting ongoing prayers with noise. All these constitute intolerance and should be discouraged.

That’s the end of my BA course in ‘Kingdom Theology’. It’s been a long road but well worth it. I submitted 34 (2,000-word essays) and an 8,000-word dissertation.

I can now concentrate on my 1-year ‘Contemporary Chaplaincy’ course with Waverley Abbey (ends in November). It has 6 modules, and the end of every module has an essay. No dissertation, thank God.

After this, I will try to hang up my studying boots and leave the rest to the children. I am tired!!

I will need to find a hobby to fill the space. Any ideas?

Maybe I should tell my kids to give me a grandchild. That’ll keep me busy. Or I should have another baby? Perish the thought!! It’ll be easier to enrol on a Masters Course. Lol.
