I applied for a scholarship from EC Council on Cybersecurity. I later received an email from EC-Council on the scholarship program but here's the catch: This partial scholarship covers all fees with the exception of a $199 proctoring and technology fee. Has anyone done this program and can confirm its authenticity?

Tecno k9 plus is worst. The phone hangs,gets hot,and the camera stops working in like months |
