Any advice on combining two different capacity lithium batteries together? Like a 10kwh and a 15kwh together to be used on one inverter

Welion 10.2kva isn't 10.2kw from what I've heard. Closer to 6kw.

What load are you turning on? Very curious. On a 48v battery, 150A is 7500w+? I can't think of a single home appliance that draws that much power even at startup.

Shawarma toaster machine (this seems to be the problem when turned on)


when the BMS started tripping off the battery plug suggested i change the BMS from 150A to 200A which i did and so far it doesnt trip off only now the inverter trips off.

At installation i installed a breaker on the output of the inverter but it kept breaking so i had to bypass it

Please guys, can i use AVR to solve this issue i am havingon my system?

i initially had a 6kva hybrid inverter but some times when some appliances are turned on, the surge will trip the inverter off and shows error 07, i upgrated the inverter to 10kva then when such surge happens it was the battery BMS that trips off because its a 150A BMS, i changed the BMS to 200A now when such happens its starting to trip off the inverter again but now with error 09, its just all frustrating and i know i will need to get an inverter that can handle such a surge like a transformer base inverter like TBB inverter.


But i am just thinking if there is a way around it before i garther the money to change the inverter.

I needd suggestion/advice

i have a setup at a business place

1. 6.2kva wellion hybrid inverter
2. 10kwh lithium battery
3. 570watt jinko panels - 8pcs


first issue i find out the panels mostly generates around 2,500w at sunny day without any shade (thats not even my main issue though)

main issue when the inverter is loaded with about 5kw it most will trip off the breaker or comes up with error 07 or when there is power and loads are on and they take light it just goes straight to error 07.

i am thinking of replacing the inverter with a 10kva but i want to be sure that will solve the issue and if i am to go with 10kva which other good brand will be okay? mostly 2 hisense black mirror AC (1.5 and 2hp are on it)

Note: i dont have problem with the battery because there is mostly power supply for now even though i am thinking of adding an extra 10kwh lithium regardless

its just for basic home usage no much load, not even fridge or freezer just pumping machine sometimes.

I personally adviced they can use the freezer when its sunny, they started doing that and it went well but one day they put on the freezer and the inverter entered error 58 and didnt work for 24 hours but later magicall started working again.

Now i am thinking what could have caused that because they said nothing else was even on when it happen, it was majorly just the freezer but it was just after they finished pumping water with it though.

maybe the high surge from the freezer compressor to pick up?

just want to understand what could have happened before they upgrade the system

I have

12 pieces of 300watt Canadian solar panels
5kwh lithium battery
4.2kva SMS hybrid inverter (about 500vdc over input)


Should I just allow them connect all the panels in series? Also will a 6mm solar cable be ok?

I have 6pcs of 580W Jinko solar panels connected in series.

using Growatt app, the maximum i have gotten is 3000W and 13.2A in a very sunny day

Is that normal or i should be getting more?

want to add more but want to be sure of this first

Oh! I understand now.

I just want a model of 3.5kva and 7.5kw battery that will work fine while I can add solar later.

So if I am getting an hybrid then I don’t need a solar charge controller later but if I get a non hybrid I don’t mind also to get the charge controller later

Please I need recommendation.

I am not going solar for now, I plan getting the solar panels and solar charge controller later.

I am confuse because of the various prices I am seeing which are inconsistent.

I serviced it with mobile 1 oil, also i did install a tracker on it, the type that cuts fuel pump

I have restrained myself from commenting on this issue but because of the boldened I will make an exception.
Just so you know not alL devices have youtube pre-installed and not all devices accept youtube, especially old version Andriod devices. SO IF THE YOUTUBE IS THE CAUSE OF THE BROHAHA, then there is no case.

I don’t know why people will always support buyer because they have a prejudice believe at sellers here are scammers, so if they call you out for a little misunderstanding then they don’t even want to be unbias, it’s automatically a scam case.

In this case it’s a mere misunderstanding between a seller who just want to sell his tabs and a buyer who is inpatient to get value for her money

See how smooth a transaction went with him, I returned one and he even sent more to choose from. Note I am not living in lagos.

So from such a transaction and trust from someone I have never met before I wouldn’t agree that he is a scammer or even a liar.

1. seller has never mentioned how many tabs he brought for her to make her choice he only said i came with tabs for b=her to make her choice so even if he said i came with plenty tabs for her to make her choice did he mention the number? at least she agreed he came with more than 2 tabs.

2. There was no mention of youtube before the transaction (except for the voice note we havent listen to) so if he said he came with tabs that can do youtube did he say he came with tabs that can do youtube because of her request, just saying that some of them can actually do youtube from the options he made available?

The man is not in any way a scammer. You bought something from him and he gave you what he was selling. If he had not given you any phone or gave you a non functional phone that is when he will be a scammer.
You bought a used phone from him and you selected the phone yourself according to his own account and I didn't see you deny that.
Since the phone was on when you were selecting, you would have checked to see that all you needed was in it before you made payment.
If were to be a new phone and after getting home you discovered it can't stream YouTube do you think they will take it back and refund you after using the phone for some days??

Let agree the charging port of the first tab has no prob. How much is a charger that you cannot give with the tab and ask her to pay for it.

if you have been following you will know the problem with the first tab might not even be charging issue/charger, buyer might just want to change it.

if seller wanted to refund he would have gone that route immediately he noticed the buyer discovering things he knows very well his tab couldn’t do. What stops seller from practically saying madam , my tabs can’t do all that, buyer was only hoping seller wouldn’t bother about all that . look at it this way too:

1. buyer had issues because tab could not do youtube, she claimed that she told seller even before buying, that tab must be able to support youtube (that was her first claim that she made it clear she needed on that can support youtube via a voice note) - i said claim because no evidence and the follow up evidence shows she mentioned youtube 2 days after she got the tab.

2. tab doesn’t support youtube okay, good but check her posts she always say "tab doesn't support youtube and that nothing works on it which from all i have gathered is not true because she didnt mention the tab is faulty just that it has a lower version of android which doesnt support youtube app, remember she even claimed same tab doesnt support youtube on web which is false and she had to retract that.

now back to what you actually asked,

first i cant act like the buyer obviously but let you walk you through being the seller.

1. deal went wrong first i offered refund buyer said she need exchanged that tab wasnt charging, i changed it and found out it was charging
2. two days later buyer came back that new tab doesnt support youtube, we are still on the issue on whatsapp
3. buyer jumps to forum to call out seller and calling him names
4. buyer still high there with all rudeness but seller agrees with the forum to refund but gave a stupid condition
5. seller was attacked by almost everyone for such conditions and buyer continued the name calling and all.

we are human, seller is human too, omo i go vex too, like what? you have tarnished my image you know what? lets do it as business, i will not deal with compassion, no more refunding because truly no body will like to look like a looser which you will all make the seller look if he refunds and seller as the winner.

if you all have found a common ground for both of them i believe a solution would have been reached but cmon you called me names, do all that i went through all that stress, lost money and you get refunded and i still get a bad name?
