good afternoon guys, so I kinda bumped into an heated argument between a medical doctor and a lab scientist, and the doctor was like what we are studying for a whole five years as a course they do it in a semester, that stuff troubles me alot, I wanna ask how true dat is?

I know the three courses are not directly involved in patient care, they don't make critical decisions for patients and are not known by patients.
Radiography uses cutting edge technologies to get defined pictures of the body which is referred to the Radiologist for diagnosis. You are not Licenced to diagnose patient except with a masters in Diagnostic Radiography.

Medical Laboratory Scientist work in the pathology labs under a Pathologist to run test. They are no Licenced to interprete results. You will do alot of test on faeces,sputum,semen,blood and drugs.
Biochemistry I don't really know.
If you don't want serious patient Interaction and you want to mind your business do Medical Lab.
If you want to use modern technologies to get pin point photographs of inyernal body do Radiography.

please I need someone to clear me on this, in my school MLS is place under the basic medical science faculty and I don't think MLS is a basic sciences cus I have friends in other schools were MLS is under Health science why is it different from ours??

mad oo all this lab scientist don blow be dat oo, imagine carrying out 20 test a day
