luvmijeje: Dan Brown is one of my favourite author. It was when I read 'deception point' that I realised Nigeria educational system is messed up. I also started asking questions during bible study when I read 'Angel and demon.'
He made theology, algorithm,art and history fun. He is a total package.

Bad Idea!! I've so many nasty belief or UNBELIEF ...If not for my mum, I almost became AGNOSTIC

I just came across a 120-page e-book by one Dr Laurence White..dunno if it's the one..if not, then I'd stop at Debonair Bookshop

Caracta: The Bible cannot explain all. It takes strong faith to believe in non-physical things. Reading the new testament like a novel explains your stand with Dan Brown.

Caracta: I HAD the paperback. I don't know if there is an e-version.. but i can ask around for you. You need to read that book.

Caracta: Then you should. With or without "Breaking the Da Vinci Code", Dan Brown cannot win my heart. I saw his documentary and interviews with priests who supported his claims...and i laughed!

Erm...Nope

vescucci: Nicely put. But I'm a little worried for those who take his books as fact. People are already gullible enough without such an entertaining researcher. He makes an effort to lend authenticity to his books and that worries me. Worse still, he touches on topics that are kinda sensitive and we all know where believing in "Holy books" have got the world.

vescucci: There's something about Dan Brown that appeals to a reader. He doesn't waste time on unnecessary details and description. I like that about him. But his books, if you're not a young un, are not very "likely" and sometimes, the way he twists history (and annoyingly tells us about the things that are FACT as though we were supposed to treat the whole book as FACT) kinda leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

But, his books are supremely entertaining, no doubt!
