am a newly admitted student of UST, after I payed for acceptance fee, they gave me a list which is almost #40, they are, Access portal - 4,000, medical - 8,500, certificate verification - 15,000, plus other charges. all this fees are uploaded in my sign up page. so I went to know if it is composery to pay all b4 paying school fee.

Just pay the money if you have it. Everything is now expensive in this country and education is not left out, actually i don't have any knowledge of what you are asking for, perhaps some people will help out but i must say the obvious here that, no matter how expensive education is, you need it, i need it, everyone need it.
