U really have strong beef against the mannabbq guy with the way you described him. But guess what? In forums like that, those mad fellows you are talking about will be banned for life even if he's an oldie.
Besides, you won't just get VIP badge by staying for 20yrs in the forum. A lot of things are considered (ur value content, positive feedbacks, reps) before you get past each level.

So if you stay 20yrs in the forum without any meaningful contributions and reps, you will still maintain your newbie badge.

It's not about that. There are other forums like that. So what he's saying is not out of place.

In some of intl forums, users are ranked from: Newbie, Jr, Senior member, Jnr VIP, elite etc. U can be able to leave feedback on Seller's profiles as well.

Guys what @timijoseph01 suggested is not out of place and not a rocket science either. If you are a member of forums like blackhatworld d0t com, you will understand what he is saying. All the features he listed are there.

You will get to see users in their rank, from Newbie, jr vip, senior, elite etc. Users earns rep from posting value content. Buyers can also rate seller and leave feedback on seller's profile.

My cousin processed a 3 month tourism visa via an agent but the paper he gave him is showing 60 days validity. It states that the visa is valid till 29/12/2019.
