Baba have you bought any Tlc/AiN from me before? Or do you know anyone I've defrauded! You just type nonsense at times! I told seller about the shipping delays and what it meant for this deal! I even told him to send account details for refund not long after her paid! If I had plans to use his money for my own business or do something fishy I no go dey call am or msg am! I don't even do TLC deals that much I do AiN cuz of things like this! I don't feel safe holding people's money! That's why this business I get my own money wella to take run am to my satisfaction! If the deal no sweet you I refund!

You went out of the line by requesting for more money on deal he has already paid.

Once someone pay you for any deal, it cease to be yours. So you trying to collect more money for his laptop because you think you have a leverage is very unprofessional.

Do the right thing by delivering as promised.

He will not be completing the tenor na. So it can not be 30% of 120k.

Since he will be terminating halfway, it should be 30% of interest on the number of days that have gone by.

My observation is this,

It could that buyer didn't read/understand that he is buying a chip iPhone Or

It could be that someone made him understand that he is paying more for chip phone. Either way, the buyer doesn't want the phone anymore.

My suggestions
Let seller get the phone back but buyer should be responsible for logistics. Buyer should also ensure to return it in original state.
