Inasmuch as he has other lines and it's not mandatory for him to use any single line, you were too harsh to have call him a scam.

The way your wrote it in the first post(calling him/her a scam), anyone would have thought he collected money from you and gave you a fake product or some transaction occurred between both of you and he didn't fulfill on his part.

If it's because of the line you call him a scam, PLS, you owe him/her an apology.

We are all Nigerians and I can bet 90% of us use a minimum of two lines, maybe due to network connectivity, cheap data or any other reasons, also, some of us don't have our WhatsApp lines on the android/iPhone, so your excuse for calling him a scam is insufficient.
