@Venzal1 Venzal. Please can you create a channel in that Telegram group and post your updates. Most people especially me don't like groups that when you're back, you'll be greeted with over 500 messages. Mostly chats while important messages will be hidden from it.

If there's an important question, you can as well use the channel and answer it while tagging the person.

But in this case, instead of trying to dissect how a customer used the product to gain the result that they did, you let their words do all the heavy lifting.

Here’s a way to lay it out in your email:

3. Insert testimonial/screenshot of testimonial
4. If you want to get similar result, then get {NAME OF PRODUCT]

He decided to make an experiment of himself. One of the most positive activities he knew was laughter. He gathered all the funny movies he was never interested in like, Keaton,Chaplin,fields,the Marx brothers(this was before VCRs). He read funny stories .He asked his family clan to call him whenever they said,heard or did anything funny.

The agony caused by this disease was so great he couldn't sleep. After watching a very funny movie that made him laugh for 10 solid minutes non-stop,he found out that he was relieved and able to sleep for few hours!

He constantly indulge in making himself available at any slight opportunity to laugh. He was fully recovered and live more productive and healthy years.

No I didn't craft a new email related to the client's I only explained that I understood what he was trying to achieve in his Email marketing campaign and then wrote a brief description of the sample I attached making it seem like the email was done for an old client I worked it in the past.
