The phone is off, that is not coming on. how will it be recognized by BLACKBERRY LINK. When i connected it to the pc now, Its charging like the way earlier mentioned (The LED light while charging shows a steady (won't blink) yellow light for around 15 minutes and the LED light goes off, yet it (the phone) wont on). but for blackberry link it sees it as disconnected.

Q5 is better than Z10 in terms of ba3, Q5 ba3 lasts longer but Z10 memory is x2 of Q5 own.

Please house, we have an inverter that carried almost everything (from fridge to washing machine etc) complemented with 8 solar panels on the roof, but today thunder strike and the tv was on, all of a sudden everything went off. When I off the inverter it won't power light inside the house, but it's on. When I off it, it shows ups on, yet won't power light inside the house. Please any solution. Thanks. Its so frustrating please

We are in the same shoes, I purchased a good from this so-called jumai on 29th nov. 2013 and paid online, till I write I am yet to receive it O.
I am still hoping.

To me both are the same, because I had experience with both, just that one is more bitter.
When I wanted to buy my blackberry Q5 I order from Konga, but choose an option of pay on delivery, the next day the customer care officer called me and I was happy when he said I am calling from Konga I thought he is outside my house with the goods, initially I have received a confirmation email from them for the order. Only to tell me it's out of stock, I was annoyed and told him to cancel the order.
The next day I went to slot limited in computer village to buy the phone even for a lesser price. While at Slot, I received a call I am calling from Konga "we are in your area now to deliver the phone". I told him it's too late. But I ask my self where the phone arrived at Konga from in less than a day after they said they are out of stock a night before. The good thing is that it's pay on delivery, my money isn't stuck and I can bluff.
As for Jumai, another sad tale else they prove me wrong today. I ordered for Digital camera I paid online on the 29th November as I write I am yet to receive the product O, and today is the eight working day(11th nov). When I receive the product I will post it here, that's if I even receive it cos I am loosing faith. But I noticed something in jumai- if you see a good worth 2naira after some minute if you refresh the web page, the price will change to 6 naira. I noticed that during the black Friday stuff. They may even say out of stock. Out of stock when the owner hasn't received his or her good. The two (Jumai and Konga) needs to improve.
Above all I learnt a good lesson from them, only pay when the good is delivered because they are only after money and not customer satisfaction.

When my brother bought his it came with two chargers, headphone, papers, and the phone with nylon on the screen and back.

Sometimes network misbehave, like I do I would suggest the person switch off mobile network and data. Later on the mobile within a minute, and on the data and leave it in 2G, and I'd possible switch between 2G and 3G. You can repeat the process till the Edge with BlackBerry sign or H with BlackBerry sign comes up. I am also using a Q5, it's due to poor network.

@kayswag100, reading your post and the various comments. I will say I appreciate the fact you step up to clear the air on this issue. But please next time when approaching people that you know are not comfortable with a particular situation be more gentle and polite.
No matter how powerful a man is, pride is not good. Even God is not proud.
Even though I am using a blackberry and not affected, I will still apply caution when replying to such tread because they paid for the service.
