Skipping meals(or leaving long gaos between meals)is the Cardinal sinof fat burning and muscle building nutrition.

missing meals shows down metabolism, causes muscle loss and triggers your body starvation responses.

suppose you skip breakfast and you haven't eaten since 8pm the previous evening if you eat lunch at 12pm,you have gone 16hrs without food.

At this point you are not only in a highly catabolic state, you are also sending an unmistakable starvation signal to your body.

if skipping meals is the cardinal sin of fat burning and muscle building nutrition, then skipping breakfast is a capital crime suited for death penalty and yet most people are doing it.

suppose you are in an hurry to get to work in the morning and you left without eating breakfast, your first meal of the day is lunch at 12noon containing 500 calories (consisting of butter/sardine sandwich on wheat bread and a banana).

By 6pm you are very hungry and you take a massive plate of garri containing 800 calories, later at night you are still hungry and craving something sweet, some cookies and low dat milk.

Imagine one would think in order to lose far you mist decrease food intake, starve or even skip meals.

Hold on a second, this is exactly what has been pulling you back from achieving your fat loss dream, yes in order to burn fat you must eat at least 5 times daily.

The major point is to eat a small portion of food each time. Not every overweight person is an over eater, some people hardly eat at all and they still can't lose weight.

However many people who are overweight are overeating and this os often the only thing they are doing wrong.

Fat loss requires the discipline and will power to control your portion of food at all time, always spread out your calories throughout the day in smaller, more frequent meals.

frequent meals have an amazing effect on your metabolic rate. one or two meals a day ia a disaster, eat 3 times daily properly balanced with nutritious food and workout hard amd you will get some results.

Five meals a day

five meals a day will give you excellent results on a weekly basis for females and six times for males.

But the question is

1.what type of food do i eat five times a day to get the results.

2.what if i have a big tommy, will this eating plan help me trim my tommy.
