In all honesty, I feel this is grossly unfair on the side of Op to just post the negative sides of these states. How can you post only delapidated parts of these states and caption it as picture of these two states. You are not reflecting the true states of these places. What about the roads, health care facilities and other developmental things happening around these states.

These are ancient towns and cities for crying out loud of which many houses were build in 1960 and before then. Do you expect them to be like Ajah or Lekki or Asokoro over nite.? Even in Lagos and other states, do you know that there are many places worse than these places you are showing here?
