Today, the Oyo Youth Initiative Forum celebrated Children's Day by distributing educational materials to seven different schools in Oyo community ( L.A Primary School Saabo,L.A Primary School Koso Oyo,ADS Primary School, Oke Balogun,Oyo School for the handicapped, Durbar, Oyo,St. Augustine R.C.M PrimarSchool Asogo, L.A.Basic school, Awumoro oyo and St. Andrews Demonstration Basics School Oke Ebo Oyo)! We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, and we wanted to mark this special day by making a positive impact on their educational journey. Our team worked hard to prepare and distribute the materials, and it was wonderful to see the smiles on the children's faces as they received their gifts. The materials we distributed included notebooks, pens, and other essential learning tools. Our goal was to show the children that learning can be fun and exciting, and that we care about their educational development. As we distributed the materials, we were reminded of the importance of investing in the future of our children. Education is the key to unlocking their potential and empowering them to achieve their dreams. We are proud to play a small part in supporting their educational journey and look forward to continuing our efforts to make a positive impact in our community. We would like to thank our Chairman Ambassador Qudus Taiwo Opeyemi dedicated members, volunteers, and donors who made this event possible. Your support and generosity have made a real difference in the lives of these children, and we are grateful for your commitment to our cause. Happy Children's Day to all the amazing young people we celebrated with today! Good day, I want to seek advice from my fellow Nairalander, am a fresh graduate that’s yet to go for NYSC due to financial issues and I can’t rely on federal government 33k Alawee. But a friend of mine introduced me to a company, that his presently working Quest International (QI), Abuja branch. He personally advised me to work with them not that I was the one that requested for his assistance but am willing to leave Lagos for Abuja if things work out. Pls advise me, though have done little research about the company and have also seek Allah's guidance. But I still need thorough advice so I won’t fall into victims ( am unemployed due to demolition of landmark beach 🏖️ affected by Coastal road) thanks! |

I recently picked my wife's phone to make a call, because had a low battery. She comfortably handed me the phone. Upon receiving the phone I saw an unread message from what I later found out was a guy since My wife had saved his name with a lady's name. I wasn't going to open it but because of the nature of the message, I was forced to read the entire conversation. The unread message on her screen was {I will do anything for you sweetie}. I know a woman can send that message but my instincts were telling me to confirm the gender from their chat. They had a long history chat. And calls. I discovered something that shocked me. It was from their interactions last year when my daughter was born. When my wife was in the labor ward, I was leading a presentation for our company. In fact, when my wife forwarded the picture of my daughter to me on WhatsApp, was about to give a speech at the meeting. I was so excited, i had to announce to everyone l had a daughter. I used FORWARDED because she originally had uploaded the picture to this man and captioned it, {Our baby girl). I took my phone to scroll to see the time she forwarded and found out My daughter’s name that we now call her was suggested in their chat by this man. I feel so embarrassed, ashamed and betrayed. I don’t know what to do next💔💔💔😭😭😭 Please advise me Copied: Courtesy photo. |

Idonweak:So far you resides in school area I’ll suggest you open a laundry shop, filling of gas and POs, you can run the 3 businesses in a single shop I also bought my washing machine on Saturday, Planning to get generator by month end and water stores ( I also have plan for same business at my school area) if you meet those good guys they no wash clothes with hand again just go somewhere to learn it like a month because you’ll need little experience about the work their are some clothes that have specific soap for it. You’ll thank me before the year runs to end |
Ibecon:Christians and Jews don’t believe in prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) and they literally called prophet Isa ( Jesus) their lord, and that’s what Islam against but still yet we must be kind to them despite religion differences and we must not force them to accept our belief or religion ( it’s clearly started in the Quran) No compulsion in religion |
Ekpenuwa:You said exactly what’s in my mind |
Dayvidoo:I love their public relations strategy It really work |
Benwallt:If this trend were to be about imam or Muslim they’ll say that’s how they taught them Thank God is not. But commenters should know that no religion will tell you (Islam,Quran or Christian, bible) to impregnate a teenager, in Islam even before you impregnate an adult to must pay her dowry and her father should accept your marriage before you can impregnate her |
