JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

JOB SUMMARY
Production chemist is knowledgeable in Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry. He is responsible for establishing/maintaining a program for ensuring that chemicals are applied at the required dosage rate within agreed operational limits. He brings about the resolution of process and produced water upsets and equally assist in the development of permanent solutions. Production chemist must have excellent knowledge of the whole process and be able to recommend non-chemical as well as chemical solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Perform laboratory tests to produce chemicals according to established standards and guidelines.
▪ Responsible for establishing/maintaining a program for ensuring that chemicals are applied at the required dosage rate within agreed operational limits.
▪ To develop and implement a schedule of sampling and analysing process fluids for chemical residuals testing with appropriate control parameters.
▪ Shall maintain appropriate consumable, materials and chemical stock for the operations, with a system that ensures constant and continuous re-stoking/re-order.
▪ Shall function as a technical resource to assist offshore and warehouse personnel to resolve production chemical/chemistry issues as they arise.
▪ Shall continually recommend chemicals that will satisfy the chemical treatment requirements to confirm with changes in dynamics of the produced fluid mix
▪ Support to producing assets relating to production chemical issues, scaling, emulsions, hydrates, asphaltines, waxing and any other process-related production chemical issues.
▪ Maintain sufficient stock of chemicals and supplies to perform lab experiments.
▪ Implementation of chemical related programmes.
▪ Coordinate prioritize and plan lab tasks to meet deadlines.
▪ Support and technical input to processes and procedures for all aspects of Production Chemistry across the assets.
▪ Record and report test results to Supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

akermas Energy is seeking for a piping engineer who would provide specialist input and support in evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures and criteria, using independent judgment in making adaptations and modifications as it involves the design and analysis of piping systems, and to ensure that subordinate personnel are adequately supported and guided in the course of execution of the job, for the overall achievement of the project objective.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Generally performs work, within Piping & Plant Layout discipline, which involves the preparation, interpretation and review of calculations, specifications, plans, investigations, structures, systems or equipment with relatively few complex features.
2. Administer and implement Company, and where applicable, Client/Project policies and procedures.
3. Supervision of discipline personnel and allocation of work.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.Eng./B. Tech. or Equivalent) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
2. Possession of Higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
3. A minimum of 10 years’ experience, which shall include minimum of 8 years of onshore/offshore engineering design in the oil and gas industry.
4. Candidates within Nigeria must be COREN registered, while applicants from outside Nigeria must belong to professional bodies registerable with COREN.

akermas Energy is seeking for instrumentation engineer for the designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes. He is to make sure that these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan, supervise, coordinate and keep track of maintenance procedures and activities together with the maintenance manager and maintenance planner
2. Define and manage appraisals and training for instrumentation and electrical technicians
3. Monitor consumption of utilities and electricity and adopt certain measures to reduce utilization in support of the maintenance manager
4. Plan, prepare and assist special research, automation and process control
5. Administer, manage and report on the installation safety
6. Plan and collaborate outside contacts on required material such as electricity
7. Supervise, recommend and manage electrical and technical material in addition to the control equipment suppliers
8. Suggest, lay-down and follow administration policies affecting their area of duties which may involve hiring instrumentation and electrical technicians
9. Recall, transfer, terminate, lay off and discharge or impose required disciplinary action on instrumentation and line electrical technicians
10. Check, asses, supervise and motivate the efficiency, attendance and performance of the Line E/I Technician personnel, taking essential prompt action to correct poor performance, suggest good or sub-standard work performance
11. Identify and document any service quality issues about instrumentation and electricity and make sure that relevant solutions are provided to resolve them
12. Make sure that all safety policies, precautionary measures, rules and regulations laid down by the management are implemented and followed
13. Monitor the good quality and correct repair, scheduled checks/test, overhaul, QA equipment/instruments and safety controls, re-calibration of all process in the factory as per the engineering practices and standards as well as manufactures' maintenance manuals
14. Keep track of safety measures, controllers, general service instruments, calibration process and communication
15. Make certain that corrective activities are implemented and followed up

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in electricity or electro-mechanics and can present a working experience of at least 5 years.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Good command of Dutch and English;
4. Knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage;
5. Knowledge of Dutch and European regulations regarding the European ATEX / SIL guidelines is a plus;
6. Knowledge of SPI (INtools) is an advantage.

JOB SUMMARY
akermas Energy is seeking for electrical engineers to design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors and navigation systems, and electrical systems for automobiles and aircraft. They also oversee the manufacture of these devices, systems, and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial or domestic purposes.
2. Designs electrical systems by developing and testing components.
3. Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
4. Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
5. Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps.
6. Establishing construction, manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
7. Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities.
8. Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
2. Licensed as a professional engineer.
3. Experience in using or a desire to learn required software.
4. Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
5. Proficient in design and calculation software.


EXPERIENCE:

1. Proven expertise as an electrical engineer
2. Hands-on experience using design and calculation software
3. Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes

akermas Energy is seeking for cost and schedule engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides cost and schedule assistance to the project, contracts and construction management departments.
2. Updates project database using Primavera Contract Manager and Primavera Project Management (P6).
3. Processes project Records of Change.
4. Quantifies cost risk for school projects.
5. Runs reports, reviews data and costs in conformance with District policies and procedures.
6. Interfaces with District’s Contract Specialists to ensure correct SACS cost coding and payment request processing of contractor and vendor invoices.
7. Assists Project Managers with forecasting cost at completion.
8. Assists in the financial closeout of projects and contracts.


QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, construction management or a related field is desired. A high school diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted.
2. A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required. Cost Schedule Engineer I.
3. Possesses a demonstrated proficiency in cost and schedule control duties.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

EXPERIENCE:
1. Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Contract Management (PCM), Oracle Primavera Project Management (P6), Primavera Project Planner (P3), and Digger is preferred.
2. Experience with Primavera Oracle Unifier, SQL, Infomaker and report writing programs such as Crystal Reports is a plus.
3. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to organize large amounts of information into coherent and meaningful format. Must also possess effective interpersonal skills.
4. Must consistently demonstrate strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized and self-motivated.
5. Is able to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while working on multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
6. AACEI and/or PMI affiliations are a plus.
