RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inspecting the structural integrity of reservoirs, including reviewing water quality samples and inspecting for construction defects or damage due to natural disasters
2. Developing computer models to track water supply and demand to ensure that the reservoir can meet future needs.
3. Conducting tests on new designs to ensure that they meet safety standards or are structurally sound.
4. Evaluating water quality in reservoirs to detect contamination by harmful bacteria or other pathogens.
5. Monitoring the status of equipment located at the reservoir site, such as pumps or valves.
6. Coordinating with other engineers to ensure that designs meet construction requirements.
7. Consulting with local government agencies to help plan for future growth in population or industrial activity.
8. Evaluating new technologies related to water storage and purification to determine if they are suitable for use at existing facilities.
9. Preparing reports on findings and recommendations for further action.

4. Should be experienced in reserves classification, evaluation and should be able to take lead role in official reporting end of year reserves.
5. Should have experience in the design of fluid sampling programs in conjunction with vendors. Should be able to monitor third party PVT analysis, validate and approve.
6. Should have experience with the design, interpretation and analysis of DST/RFT/MDT programs

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan & Manage Equipment & Materials QAQC.

3. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

8. Manage to lift all equipment, handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials, and perform quality audits per the required schedule.
9. Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyse all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
10. Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
11. Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection.

INTRODUCTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Assist the Drilling Supervisors (DSVs) to implement the approved drilling and completion programs on the rig.
 Assist SDSV to manage all the contractors, including the rig, vessels, catering and all the services.
 Support the materials Co-Ordinator in vessel and shore base logistics to load and offload materials.
 Prepare daily reports and compile all other reports.
 Check Service Company field tickets and advise DSVs of discrepancies.
 Support DSV in carrying out engineering calculations for hydraulics, cementing, daily pre-kick and well control sheets, LOT/FIT, plan vs
actual time and cost graphs.
 Prepare daily drilling reports and distribute after DSV review and approval.
 Follow up and quality check service companies’ daily reports like mud logging, directional drilling, mud engineering etc,
 Assist DSVs to prepare, check and execute all critical operations like casing, cementing etc. equipment.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 Duty cycle shall be 28 days on-duty and 28 days off-duty.
 Operations tracking and look ahead updating, preparing detailed working plans, acts, NPT tracking.
 Supervision of drilling process (sequence of operations, drilling parameters, ways of improving and optimization and etc.), casing running, cement job and LOT measuring and drifting casings, BOP pressure test, observing drilled formation on the SCE and etc.
 Logistics department cooperation and collaboration. Coordinating equipment and service company tools mob/demob to/from the field.
 Well Operation planning and optimizing - Well construction program preparation and reviewing, Time vs. Depth Preparation and reviewing.
 Monitors and analyses the work progress during drilling, well completions and work overs. Shall take necessary instructions, advice and measures to be taken from Day Drilling Supervisor or Drilling Superintendent to resolve problems and avoid delays in work schedule and to ensure that the requirements and the well objectives are achieved.
 Monitors well execution and delivery performance against agreed KPIs and business plan. Provides analysis and understanding of differences, and makes recommendation to address them.
 Supervises the moving of rigs schedule on and off well locations. Includes liaising with contractor to ensure maximum safety and accurate positioning of rig on new location.
 Prepares Final Well Reports and ensure AAR (After Action Review) are completed for each well.
 Prepares studies and reviews which will assist in solving current operational problems, improves current operational procedures and delivers excellence in performance delivery.
 Participates in designing and/or confirming designs and specifications of drilling and associated equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, and able to demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety in the workplace.
 Degree in Engineering with above 5 to 15years of experience in Drilling industry, out of which few years as an offshore night Drilling Supervisor / drilling supervisor.
 Having worked for a multinational, or independent or National operator or an oil and gas servicing company.
 Offshore jack-up drilling experience with in depth knowledge of offshore drilling and associated works.
 Experience in high pressure / high temperature deep wells with heavy mud weights and high H2S concentrations.
 Must have completed the H2S, Offshore survival (HUET), Firefighting and First Aid courses.
 Possession of onshore and offshore experience.
 Must have been actively involved in drilling and completion of at least 8 wells.
 A minimum of 20% of the work experience must have been spent on active participation in Well Planning & Completion Design.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 FPSO hull first line maintenance and Operating Bonga’s cranes.
 Helideck duties – HLO and HDA for the handling of helicopters, Helicopter re-fuelling, monitoring air-band frequency and Flight operations
 Boat duties – Perform the duties of FRC coxswain/boat crew and lifeboat coxswain duties.
 General deck duties / FPSO hull first line maintenance and assistance to Bonga marine, and assistance to Bonga marine
 To maintain the 4nos crane on board the FPSO as per the preventive maintenance routines/task list in SAP
 To carry out and assist in all marine activities and movement logistics as per SAP maintenance plans
 To perform troubleshooting/corrective actions in the event of breakdown of the cranes
 Firefighting and safety duties – Fire watch, tank entry and other safety related duties, operating firefighting and rescue equipment under the direction of HLO.
 Unloading, storage and loading of supply vessels.
 Materials control duties for offshore pedestal Crane related duties area.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, and able to demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety in the workplace.
 Minimum of upper in City Guilds technical certificates or its equivalent HND in engineering or Science field
 preferably.
 Ten (10) years Minimum working experience in any offshore production facility FPSO.
 Proficient in the use of SAP-Material Management Module and Microsoft office.
 Effective communication in written and spoken English.
 The position must be filled with competent and certified offshore crane operators. It is mandatory that all personnel have the following basic certificates:
 Valid medical certificate.
 Basic Offshore Survival Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET).
 Certification of Offshore Pedestal Crane Operations API RP 2D standard
 Banksman and Slinger certification with OPITO/ IADC/LEEA accreditation
 Handling of Dangerous Goods Management Certification
 Certified Slinger and handler training certified
 Competent certified offshore Pedestal Crane
 Ensure valid certification for IRATA Rope Access Level-1

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Maintain a 12-hour watch of Cargo systems inside and outside the Central Control Room.
 Operate cargo, heating coil, inert gas and ballast valves, pumps and crude oil wash machines as directed by the Chief Engineer.
 Undertake all duties related to the functions and related equipment for receiving, storing and offloading crude oil.
 Undertake first line maintenance of equipment (including chipping and painting for preservation). Assist as
 Mechanical Operators and welder/fitters when working on process system.
 Maintain cargo and ballast equipment including pump room, ullage gauges, inert gas valves, COW machines, hoses etc.
 Undertake other duties as required by the Marine Supervisor.
 Ensure compliance with Company permit to work system, isolation standards.
 Be aware of roles and responsibilities with regard to emergency response.
 General housekeeping duties in work area.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, and able to demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety in the workplace.
 FPSO or Tanker working experience in (Oil Tanker/FPSO) OIL & GAS, OFFSHORE PRODUCTION is a must.

JOB SUMMARY
To deliver tank cleaning services to meet maintenance and regulatory requirements for any type of tank employed in the production or storage phases. Providing a wide range of services to effectively complete all phases of maintenance including cleaning, inspecting, repairing and coating.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Operate all necessary cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, in-service line hydro-blasting, grit-blasting.
• Provide industrial services using appropriate techniques including handwork or manual work in accordance with established methods.
• Responsible for Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Install equipment on new tanks and tanks that are being refurbished.
• Perform general duties required to complete work, such as debris removal, clean up, set up, etc.
• Complete basic equipment and tool maintenance, including basic repairs.
• Cleans storage tanks glass-lined, high-pressure reaction vessels used in production of copolymer synthetic rubber.
• Turns vacuum system valves to remove vapors from vessels and locks electrically driven agitator in position.
• Steams & ventilates vessels, using steam airhoses.
• Removes solidified resin from vessel and cleans inner surfaces equipment, using sparkproof safety tools, cleaning compounds, and waterhose.
• May test fumes with explosion meter to define presence of explosive mixture of gases.
• Work at heights to remove roof seals.
• Responsible for Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Responsible for Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Responsible for Troubleshooting, determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about.

• Previous tank cleaning and/or confined space entry experience preferred;
• Capable of physically demanding work in a confined space environment;

JOB SUMMARY
A Principal Cost Engineer is responsible for cost control, forecasting and review of contractor’s invoices. The Principal Cost Engineer provides a major role in enforcing the contractual responsibilities of the RCHQ Contractor’s cost performance. Within the framework of the assigned project area, he monitors and advises the RCHQ contractor on cost, change order and invoice matters – collecting, evaluating, forecasting and estimating cost/ invoice data as requested by management.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops systems which provide project management with needed cost and invoice control information.
• Directs contractor through the post-award conference and subsequent meetings on establishing a contract breakdown for progress monitoring, cash flow preparation, work estimate preparation, documentation requirements and other financial related matters.
• Prepares commitment and expenditure fiscal requirements forecast which eventually become the annual budget. Performs variance analyses offering explanations for deviation from planned levels of commitments and expenditures.
• Reviews and validates contractor’s work estimates, change order requests and invoices for accuracy, consistency and continuity of cost data. Participates in field surveys of completed work to verify contractor claimed quantities on work estimates.
• Established and maintains cost control tracking on unit price contracts – monitoring the latest estimate-to-complete quantities vs. contract quantities and alerting management of any potential overruns well before they occur.
• Assists the Senior Resident Construction Manager in identifying, preparing and documenting change orders which affect cost. Closely coordinates with the Contractor’s Estimator on those estimates requiring his expertise.
• Responsible for establishing the CVFC (Contracts Value Forecast at Completion by assigning trends to all forecast changes affecting cost, scope or schedule.
• Responsible to alert management to any potential Royal Commission financial exposure relating to a particular contract be it due to contractor’s financial instability, claims, over-billing or failing to follow contractual requirements.
• Responsible for updating relevant CSR’s (Contract Status Reports) on all active contracts in the Program Progress Report by indicating contract values, forecast values, scheduled and actual expenditures and percentage progress billed.
Responsible for updating forecast values of active contracts in the cost reimbursable/unit price contract report by incorporating potential modifications and updating actual expenditures.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Cost control experience on large multi-discipline projects within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Fully experienced in engineering and procurement services cost control (services).
• Fully experienced in engineering, procurement and construction cost control (TIC).
• Good at managing teams.
• Good understanding of cost control software.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project cost controls with at least (6) years of directly related senior cost engineering experience
• Membership in a professional association such as the Association of American Cost Engineering (AACE) is desirable
• Candidate must be fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking)
• Candidate must be computer literate and skilled with MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint. Cost analysis software will be plus.

The role played by flow assurance engineers in a project not only includes providing predictions, but also prevention strategies, and remediation methods in the case that the occurrence of solids deposition blocks a pipeline and jeopardizes production. Flow assurance engineers are also responsible for providing the prediction and interpretation of the fluid characteristics, the flow hydraulics and thermal behaviors, the performance of the production system, and the guidance of operation strategies.


RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior/Principal Materials and corrosion Engineer is to provide material selection and corrosion management advice to Asset and Project Teams as a consultant in materials ensuring cost effective material selection and corrosion mitigation strategies which will ensure (technical) integrity of the materials applied in subsurface and surface hydrocarbon production, processing and transportation systems through their life cycle.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide specialist expertise, policies, procedures, standards, and technical review capabilities in the area of Materials, Corrosion and Inspection engineering in the Engineering Disciplines.
• Provides specialist expertise in Corrosion Management system from downhole to a point of sale. Participate in drive to enhance its asset integrity both from a design, technical as well as an operational point of view for all projects in the pre-start up phase.
• Review and update standards on material selection, chemical inhibition, cathodic protection coating and non-metallic.
• Lead and/or Participate in normal projects audits/reviews, and QRAs during concept development, conceptual and detailed design basis. Carry out Corrosion Risk Based Assessments.
• Also, via participation in VARs, peer assists and technical challenge sessions; ensure consistent application of SPDC Materials, Corrosion and Inspection engineering standards in projects and in facility changes.
• Participate in SPDC sponsored Materials, Corrosion and Inspection engineering related SGSi projects and studies.
• Assist the MCI discipline Lead in dealing with competence development of MCI engineering staff.
• Lead and/or participate in welding, fabrication and non-destructive testing for new oil and gas plants through option evaluation, and QCs on welding, fabrication and non-destructive testing work from design consultants.
• Thoroughly check consultant and contractor generated designs, specifications and interfaces to ensure compliance to legislation and group code and standards, identify cost effectiveness and innovative technology application.
• SPDC operates about 82 flow stations, 17 gas plants and compressor stations, 3 water injection plants, 2 marine crude oil loading terminals, and over 7000 km of pipelines and flow-lines and one FPSO, the Sea Eagle.
• The Materials, Corrosion & Inspection Engineering team will support the Production and Maintenance team on integrity issues and abnormal production upsets.
• Working closely with front-end engineers, the team will provide input on Materials, Corrosion and Inspection engineering technology for many of these projects.
• Company codes, standards, procedures and guidelines for surface engineering facilities are being review/re-written. These documents will need to be maintained fit for use by company staff and some 25 main and 500 sub contractors and vendors
• Provide innovative thinking and functional and fit-for-purpose Materials, Corrosion management system, chemical inhibition, cathodic protection for projects, asset teams across all EPG.
• Identify and ensure timely deployment of appropriate new technologies into SPDC operations particularly, in the development of inspection tools, corrosion control strategies for lifecycle integrity and specification of corrosion inhibition systems.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Incumbent must be a graduate in a relevant technical discipline e.g. Material & Metallurgical Engineering, Corrosion Science & Engineering, etc. with working knowledge of a broad range of Materials, Corrosion and Inspection engineering systems, tools and practices.
• Extensive experience with good inter-personal and leadership skills.
• Good communications skills (i.e. report writing and presentation) are essential.
• Must be registrable with COREN (Council for The Regulation of Engineering In Nigeria).
• Participation in local and international professional activities and networking is desirable.
• Working knowledge in the area of Materials, Corrosion and Inspection engineering, Corrosion Management system, chemical inhibition, cathodic protection engineering, welding, fabrication and non-destructive testing engineering.
• Ability to lead reviews, audits and assessments of materials selection, failure investigation and corrosion protection of SPDC facilities.
• Good HSSE Leadership/Commitment and Inter-Personal skills.

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior/Principal Static Mechanical Engineer is the technical expert on static mechanical and package equipment. Oversees FEED execution as well as EPC contractor's production of the required static equipment deliverables. Facilitates interfaces among the other Discipline Engineers of PMT and FEED and EPC contractor's organization with respect to static equipment issues. Ensure that the Static Equipment design meet the Project, safety, environmental, operational, quality, cost, design, and schedule objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning, organising and managing workload to ensure work is completed in line with project schedules and budgets
• Developing equipment specifications and data sheets for rotating equipment, and for mechanical package equipment such as Diesel Generators
• Ensuring technical correctness of equipment specifications, compliance with international codes & standards and alignment with the client specifications
• Preparing enquiry requisitions, evaluating technical proposals and supplier document reviews, and attending supplier coordination meetings and Factory Acceptance Tests
• Keeping up-to-date with technical developments, National and International standards and legislative requirements related to discipline
• Carrying out work in accordance with Company’s requirements for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc degree and hold Chartered Engineer status
• Significant engineering design experience in the offshore industry, preferably on offshore windfarm projects (including converter stations)
• Experience in leadership / supervisory / client facing positions on pre-FEED, FEED and EPC projects
• Experience as a Package Requisition Engineer (PRE) is essential
• Familiarity with DNVGL standards related to offshore windfarm facilities would be ideal.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing the planning and design stages of civil engineering projects.
• Design structural components for large-scale projects, including analyzing survey reports, topographical maps, zoning restrictions and client requirements to ensure specifications meet project goals.
• Review blueprints, plans and change orders to verify structural integrity of materials and designs, and perform complex calculations and use modeling methods to ensure correct results.

• Responsible for all aspects of static/package equipment selection, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and start-up planning. Provide overall static and package equipment technical leadership and expertise.
• Ensures Project's requirements, as detailed in the Technical Specifications, for all Static/package equipment are met. Coordinate with other disciplines of PMT for progressing the design, procurement, manufacture, erection, commissioning and start-up of static and package equipment activities to adhere to project schedule.
• Review Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs) for safe and operable static equipment features. Review, comment and approve work performed by FEED/EPC Contractor and vendors to ensure the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of thermal, mechanical design drawings, calculations, documents, and specifications. Identify deviations if any and manage them as per project procedures with appropriate approval.
• Directs and oversees the activities of inspection, monitoring and certifying the quality of all static and package equipment and project installations.
• Reviews inspection programs, inspections, Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) and general surveys on systems such as pressurized vessels, columns, reactors, fired heaters, vendor packages and structures to ensure adherence to project specifications, manufacturing tolerance and code compliance. Provides advice and specification for industrial painting, controlling trade testing and x-rays to contract welders, certifying lifting devices, providing expertise in metallurgy and corrosion.
• Review and approve spare parts requirements for commissioning, start-up and 2 year operations as per company policy and procedures.
• Participate in site material receiving inspections, conduct field erection inspections along with QC for compliance to erection tolerances.
• Monitor and Co-ordinate package erection activities and other static equipment erection activities during construction and assist Construction Manager as and when required.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of twenty (20) years' broad experience in all project phases i.e. FEED, detailed engineering, and construction, would have at least fifteen (15) years' specific involvement in projects
• Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
• Computer/IT literate.

To provide specialist input and support in evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures and criteria, using independent judgment in making adaptations and modifications as it involves the design and analysis of piping systems, and to ensure that subordinate personnel are adequately supported and guided in the course of execution of the job, for the overall achievement of the project objective.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce and check deliverables, which may include: design calculations, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various third-party submissions.
• Provide mechanical and integrity calculations for offshore pipelines using DNV Tools, AutoPIPE, Abaqus or similar software.
• Coordinate pipeline engineering support to the execution of multi-discipline projects in line with defined budget and schedule.
