The original song was done by Cory Asbury. In fact, he tilted the album Reckless Love, so it's a track in that album.

Cory Asbury is also a worship leader in Bethel Music.
I doubt it if Cory Asbury released a video for his own album.

He also rendered the song for Bethel Music in one of their albums. However, Bethel Music albums are always recorded live, hence, the reason why you have the video.

It's very normal for gospel musicians who are part of a record label to release a track and have it rendered in their church platforms.

A popular example is Darlene Zschech songs which were later released by Hillsong (The Potter's Hand & Shout To The Lord)

Q1. If God is loving and all-knowing, then he wouldn't have created Satan. (does it mean that he is not all-knowing and loving?)

Amongst other things, Love and being Omniscient is God's nature. Nothing can change that. Although we may choose to be ignorant.

One thing I can boldly tell you is that God knows the end of a thing from its very beginning. As humans, we may never get to understand why God allows certain things to happen. You need to know that.

I'll recommend that you read the book of 1st John. It'll help you understand more about God's love.

As regards Satan, others have done justice to it stating the fact that Lucifer was created but Satan was made (as a result of his actions).
