do it urself ke, those that know how to do it are not ready to assist based on my experience with many ppl on D's thread even if U contact them , they won't respond to U. I can't even remember the number of agent that have contacted me to do visa for me on D's thread

You must have booked and paid for your flight reservation before you proceed to visa application through them. However t they will not refund you If you do not fly with them. If you book a refundable ticket, you only get partial refund when you cancel your booking.

According to D's website and its requirements for booking, does it mean one doesn't need E visa for d full visa at the Abuja embassy because it was not stated there. More light on D's pls!!!

True, he will need a sponsor or suretee. You can try emirates airlines. If you book a Dubai return ticket with them, you can also apply for your visa through them at a discounted rate ( roughly 60k for 90day/3 month visa) Visit their head office at Churchgate tower, Victoria Island Lagos for more info. Their staff there are very friendly. Alternatively, visit VFS global services at Lekki or their website, dubaivisa.net.

You must book your accommodation before your visa application.

2. Yes, you absolutely need either visa approval (go to embassy in Abuja to get the full visa) or full visa directly from UAE. The embassy cannot issue you visa.

3. Not every employer need it but if you can afford it, why not. It's cheaper for u if you do it yourself here.
