Pls I need help with a SAMPLE OF AN APPEAL LETTER, My brother and his wife got refused yesterday and they need to fire back.
Anyone who can help with all necessary documents that can help. Reasons for refusal is insufficient funds (whereas they have got enough funds), second reason is not enough proof to show ties back home.

It's obvious that there have been an alterations in his account, if so he should write LOE to explain what might have gone wrong, except his sure about the statement of account then he will have to present an MBS along side with the LOE.

Please has anyone submitted their passport to Abuja IRCC recently and gotten it back.

Submitted my passport on the 1st of February and the last update I got from Vfs was that it was delivered to IRCC Abuja got processing on Monday 6th.

Pls I need your advice, so my approval came in last week Tuesday.
And I was meant to resume with the January 2023 intake.

My school already deferred me and gave me the admission letter for January 2024 and has waitlisted me for May and September 2023 since I was still waiting for approval from IRCC.
Also I have paid my tuition fee in full

So my questions are this,

I would like to know if I can still travel this Feburary with my January 2023 admission letter and probably let them know at POE that my approval came late. (Has anyone had this kinda experience before )

Secondly will they expect I have an enrollment letter already since I have a receipt showing I have paid in full or the enrollment letter isn’t compulsory ?
