Please I need to get this clear, about graduate apprenticeship program, I saw this on last year GAP thread

"The pay is exactly the same as a graduate trainee. The term tax apprentice is synonymous to tax trainee. So you are a graduate trainee operating specifically as a tax trainee."

Is the claim correct?.

And also from last year GAP application details it was stated that after 1 year of completion, apprentice would be promoted to associate 2 rank.

What rank will a graduate trainee be promoted to after a year?

I totally understand how you feel, I was like that last year so sure that I was gonna get a SM(both GT&Tax apprenticeship)but it never came. Then my Dad told me not to give up and pursue my dream if that's really what I want, I did.
I just want to tell everyone not to give up on their dreams and pick up something else before they get to their dream destination.

Everything happens for a reason, that we were rejected doesn't mean we are not qualified enough for the post, time and chance are two factors that works for every human. As I was expecting my regret mail since there was no success mail.

I woke up yesterday and got a mind blowing email I never expected, the mail was sent 1:35am, I was lucky to be part of the 3050 applicants selected from over 216,000 applicants across Africa to be given $5,000 grant as an entrepreneur.

PWC regret mail dropped around 10am, but I have got a better result making me happy.

I am actually surprised because when I finished the text on the 13th, this new personality questionnaire wasn't there. In fact I actually the page on 15th just to see if it was still accessible. The page was accessible but the 'new' "PQ" was not there. I was surprised when I checked it this afternoon I am seeing it.

I have given up on the exercise already. No regret mail no success mail, they put us in suspense.

Use this cropped version, then convert the dimension to 600*600 pixel.

To change dimension on PC, open the image with paint, click on resize choose pixel then put 600 in both vertical and horizontal dimension. Click Save.

For those experiencing issue about passport, crop the passport to show only your face. Crop from your head down to ur jaw, from your left ear to your right ear. Then resize to 600*600 pixel.

As for me the first stage was the easiest, once you have read and understood the instruction. No animal would get eaten up. Maneuver your way our to make sure that the prey and predator doest not stay on the same island

It takes PwC 10days after the test deadline to reach out to those who took part in the online test.

I'm speaking based on my experience with them last year.

I stand corrected though.

Going by last year, result came out after 7 days

Yes, and I think it's better that way to give yourself the best possible chance of being successful in the test

It depends on individual ability, I prefer doing all at once so as to forget about it and think of another thing, take verbal reasoning first as it is the simplest compared with personality questionnaire, then numerical reasoning will be unlocked. Take personality questionnaire as the last you don't need to stress yourself much it is not timed.

Don't bother yourself about personality questionnaire past question, it is just a survey to know our individual values whether they align with the working conditions at PWC. Think like u are in a business environment and pick your answer. The most important and least important values to you. God bless us. We await our success mail by March 21. Cheers!

I think they want the recruitment exercise to be fast, they want to pull out many at the first stage. Let's practice hard and pray we will scale through.

Be calm Afootee, I wrote my test around that time too and just last Thursday one Crina lady from Romania scheduled me for a Phone interview this week which should last for 30-40 minutes. Just be patient and check your emails often times so you don't miss the invite when it comes.

Also during the numerical reasoning test, I noticed the time spent shows 1 hour 20 mins as time for completion which was due to the fact that I exited the test to complete it later after the first question was hanging not knowing the time starts counting from the time I logged in. Only to log in an hour later and completed the test and saw the 1 hr time duration. TBH, it gave me worry at some point but I guess what they look is not the timing but how many questions you got correctly.
