Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Indecent Conduct During an Inter-House Sports Event

Dear Honorable Commissioner,

I am writing to formally bring to your attention a deeply concerning incident that occurred during a recent inter-house sports event at a school in Anambra State. A video currently circulating online, titled "Inter-House Sports: Cheerleaders' Dance Moves Cause Uproar," depicts female students engaging in highly inappropriate and suggestive dance moves in the presence of school staff and the proprietor.

This display contradicts the core values of discipline and moral uprightness that our educational system represents. It is particularly troubling that the school leadership appeared to encourage—or, at the very least, failed to intervene in—such a public display of indecency.

I urge the Ministry of Education to:

Identify the specific school and the leadership involved.
Conduct a thorough investigation into the lack of supervision and oversight during this event.
Impose necessary sanctions on the school proprietor and the staff responsible for permitting this conduct.


We trust in your commitment to maintaining high moral and educational standards for all children in our beloved Anambra State. Please take action before this becomes the norm among other schools across the state.

During the mid-1930s, Ekwulobia was a deeply traditional Igbo community undergoing a period of significant cultural shift due to the spread of Christianity, which first arrived in 1913.



In 1935, Ekwulobia was a vibrant community where tradition met the gradual influence of the colonial era. From the daily bustle of the market to the architecture of ancestral compounds back then.


Uplifting cultural lifestyle was the order of the day-to-day living, then well governed by ancient customs and rituals like Achukwu masquerading, Igba-udo, and Iso-ebe.


By 1935, the Catholic Church had recently moved its meeting site to Agu-Eke (the present site of St. Joseph's Cathedral), which at the time was still considered an "evil forest".


Not forgetting how western-style schools were emerging, for instance, the local school had just been transferred to Agu-Agba in 1932 to serve neighboring communities like Isuofia.

If they are operating within a flawed system like what we have in Nigeria, the system is likely to prevail over individual good efforts.

These are reasons why most of our fathers, brothers, and sisters work so hard in the right direction but with almost little results to show for it

This bad system highlights the importance of structural integrity and the need for systems that support and foster the right practices and ethical behavior.

Systems, whether they are bureaucratic, social, or economic, set the stage for individual performance.

A well-designed system promotes efficiency, accountability, and success, while a poorly designed system can lead to failure, no matter the rightful individual effort involved, the few that make it are extremely lucky

For instance, a highly competent teacher working in an underfunded school with outdated resources and overcrowded classrooms may struggle to deliver quality education.

The system, in this case, does not support the teacher's mission, as well as the innocent students no matter how good their intentions or methods may be.

In conclusion, the quality of the systems within which people operate can significantly influence their effectiveness and morale, to the extent of their life-gifted status.

It’s critical to address systemic issues to create an environment where good people and good practices can truly thrive. Without systemic change, even the best individuals may find themselves unable to enact the positive changes they strive for.

These and many more are the challenges good people, good people with morale in a system like Nigeria faced, May God help us

Yes is right cos businesses have to continue in absent of the living, so the dead were replaced in less than 48 hours

This person has given her all for this company, but her office position was replaced within just 2 days, while her home/family grief

Meanwhile, her family is still grieving the loss, she was a young wife and mother of two. NOW ASK ME HOW IS THE FAMILY GOING TO REPLACE HER

This is a reminder that you and I are much replaceable in other places, as well as other people's lives but not replaceable within our family system
