I and my gf started a new relationship and it's been going well, two weeks ago which was her birthday, we both came to lagos to spend quality time and have fun for two weeks.

while on the vacation, I checked her phone and noticed there was a guy who wished her happy birthday and told her he had a gift for her, she responded and deleted the message

The next day I checked her phone, I didn't see the chat with the guy and I was sure my eyes saw an unread message the previous day.

Four days ago she told me she wants to go she a female.friend, when I confronted her she then mentioned that she wants to go pick up the gift from her male friend, the same guy that she earlier told me about that he is just a friend.

I'm sad cos with all the love I'm beginning to show towards her she isn't satisfied but thinking about another guys gift and attention.

We both quarreled over the issue and I made it clear that if she ever goes to see the guy and I find out it will be the end of our relationship.

Like every well brought up young man, I'm in my early 30's and really doing fine at least I'm not begging for anything from anyone.

I set out this year to wife my girlfriend whom I had dated for 2 years but her character made me think twice so we broke up and I moved on. I have tried to make friends with matured ladies in the church I worship but it's been from one bad experience to another.

I once went to my church.. wanted to see the Pst..

Things are not going so well with me and my family then..so I needed prayer as a believe prayer will do alot in solving most of the issue


So after Sunday service..I walk to see Pst..it was a Big Church.. among top 5 biggest Church in Nigeria

But I was stop by one of the Pastor..who offered to hear from me reasons why I wanted to see senior Pst

So he asked me..why do you want to see the Pst...

I told him..I need prayer

So he ask me what was wrong


I took my time to details to him what am passing through.. I just graduate from University and will leaving to NYSC and more over my family are passing through difficult time.. we just lost our a years plus ago


I was surprised after telling the Pastor all this..

Only for the Pst to ask me.. Am my a tither?

I answered, Yes I'm..I do pay my tithe

So he ask again. Have ever eaten you tither before.. I mean are you a faithful tithers.

And I told him, I was not...am a student..before now.. some time I eat my tithe

So the Pst conclusion was.. my problem and that of my family. Was because am not a faithful tither

That I don't need prayer, but consistent and faithful in tithing...

After hearing this..I failed off. Went into deep depression. Start regretting all the tithe I have eaten..

Including the 100 naira profit I once made..which I eat the 10 naira tithe fee on it


This regret and depression never go a way so soon. It stays with me for years..not until I came to the knowledge of tithe.
