ElSudani: Tinubu has been able to articulate the reason behind the subsidy removal. Whether you accept that or not is your cup of tea. I understand the rationale behind it and the fact that there were no better alternatives. All the candidates promised to remove the subsidy, it was a unanimous decision. I see you're are a notorious agbado muncher, so I cannot expect a rational response. Have a good day. |

Amumaigwe: Your people are even more marginalized than the people you are alluding to because you guys are at worse standard of living. About your people not calling out errant elders, that's exactly what has put you people in that precarious conditions of living that has been entrenched firmly amongst your unfortunate people. There is nothing to emulate from loosers. Get lost Don't mind that fulani bandit. His people suffer pass for Nigeria, but they will still worship their erring elders. Mumu tribe. |

Adamux: I have noticed over time how some people have been throwing insults at Adeboye, Soyinka, etc because he didn't support their tribesman.
I am a Muslim from the North, you will never see any of my people curse or defame religious elders over Politics. Not even people of the opposite faith.
Funny enough, it's the same set of tribalists that prides themselves as good Christians. Is this what your holy Bible teaches you? Don't you have shame?
You always complain of marginalization. Is this how you intend to garner support for Peter Obi? I'm afraid your next generation just like your fathers will still cry of marginalization if you don't learn to be build bridges and be cultured. Fulani bandit don drop comment. Keep on being docile, while your elders loot everything. Last last na civil war 2.0 go finally scatter this Nigeria. |
Politics › Re: Nigeria Needs Sacrificing Citizens To Progress – Tinubu by Afrobasic(m): 6:39pm On Jun 17, 2024 |
ElSudani: It did. It was like a bribe to keep Nigerians happy while things were actually going bad. It was mismanagement when you spent billions subsidizing fuel consumption while more important sectors like agriculture were virtually neglected. The results are what you are seeing today when any little changes can throw the economy off. It got so bad that all our refineries were dead and we had to import fuel! We simply can't continue like that. If all the money spent subsidizing fuel was spent on Agriculture we would have excess food to export by now rather than cries of hunger everywhere. Why then did your drug lord and his cohorts protest its removal during Jonathan's tenure? A time when the Nigerian economy would have been better suited to chest the effect of its removal? |

UnitedKingdom: Dey play. If another president emerged from another region, he will take the nepotism to another level. As long as the people he appoint can deliver and he trust them. As He should! Was there a protest when Buhari started it?Was there a protest now Tinubu follow suit? So they won't be any protests if another president follow same pattern. My point is the highly tribalistic people from the SW and North would vehemently protest such, particularly if we ever get a president from the SS or SE. Do you not remember the endless protests that happened in Lagos under Jonathan? In terms of Nepotism or My-Tribe appointments and economic performance, Jonathan did not even fail as bad as Buhari and the drug lord did. Yet he was pretty much removed from office via staged protest from the North and SW. The sooner people from the SS and SE regions of Nigeria realize that you are second class citizens in this country, the better. Nigeria, will not tolerate half of Tinubulations we are going through if Tinubu was a deep southerner. |

When Buhari started it, well meaning Nigerians like myself we're called all sort of names, Omo Igbo, Ipob, Omo ale... Now Tinubu has toll on same part of Buhari. If another president from another region emerged, he will do same.
After all, one elder statesman from North said few days ago, nothing is wrong with it. Dey play. If Nigeria ever gets a SW/SE president again and he tries half the level of nepotism we have witnessed from Tinubu, there would be massive protest! |

Your government collects taxes and does nothing with it except to feed fat. While you get off on hating each other as they stow your collective wealth away for their future generations 10x removed.
They know you can’t do anything but come on the internet to spew tribalistic BS. When you see the people responsible for your plight, you lay down and worship them but feel strongly against the next person who’s just as much a victim as you.
I’ve never seen a group of people as unique as Nigerians Don't mind those mugu's, the only thing in their head is tribalism. I will bet that a couple of them cannot afford 3 square meals a day, yet they are on here siding with their slave-masters and hating on the wrong people. ebubeson: But your parents can be healed of HIV. But I don't know if you are a Christian. Try this in one week and tell them to test again. You can help them since they are not strong.
Do 7 Days Midnight prayers for them. From 12:00 am to 2am. What should you pray about? But first tell them to repent and accept Jesus Christ. You also should do so.
Pray this for those seven days and hold same bottle of water for 7 days as you bless the water each day in the name of Jesus Christ.
(1) By the Power in the Blood of Jesus Christ, I break all covenants my Dad and Mum entered with the spirits, powers, viruses and demons of HIV and Aids in Jesus name. Amen. 2hours (Day 1).
(2) By the Power in the Blood of Jesus Christ, I destroy all dedications my Dad and Mum entered with the spirits, powers, viruses, demons of HIV and Aids in Jesus name. Amen. 2 hours (Day 2).
