I hv been making inquries on his business name with the coperate affairs commission, Chibuzor Eze claims to hv register his business name, but can not use his business name to open a bank account, rather he uses is personal name, less give him sometime, like one week, if he doesn't show up den we are going to change strategy.

N:B @ Gboladepaul, can u by any means explain the suitation of things to those you are buying the goods for? Like u said earlier, u're buying dem for some people.

Even as at that we've spoken not once nor twice of which I would have meet with him in lagos first but I am not living in lagos so I called him up asking him all sought of question about the authencity of this his sale assuring me people are just spoiling his name and that he was @the airport and that he couldn't pick calls but now that his back in asaba he wuld b free to send my package.Then we spoke this mornining as he told me I was bugging him that he is headed to pack at then to send it without a call nor text to affairm he had sent it and to make case worse his phone would come on and off I haven't heard a word since and this money paid for is not mine a lot of people are threatening to call the police on me just beacause of this guy pls pls you guyz should help me, I was hesitant at first but after we spoke and made aggreement of even see face to face I felt I should check him out I'm nt about his low price good but the trust one can put with his fellow nigerian it is not fair pls I need u guyz help!!!!!!

i wanted to buy some goods from chine through aliexpress.com and one supplier was telling me he will send me one for 80us dollars plus dhl charges to Nigeria , i had to reason that the costr of using dhl is even more than 30 us dollars how come, tat was how i stopped , another seller of lr here on nl offered to sell me lr and that he will send 100 lr if i pay for 50 lr upfront ,imagine if i was greedy i would have fallen for that bait , so pls the fault is not with ppl like chibuzor but with greedy and fooolish Nigerian youth who are always looking for easy money on the internet , like my father use to , there is no free dollar , you always have to work for it or walk towards it .
if i send some nl threads to this thread, people wont eve n bother taking up cases like this of donziko , like i said donziko is a very very lucky man and the arrogance of chibuzor towards everyone on this thread actually did give donziko the sympathy he needed to convince ppl to help him .
the reason i got interested was that i wanted to see what kind of person the chibuzor is to have been exhibiting such confidence and arrogance and when i weighed him up he wasnt worth the deal .THERE IS NO ADVICE YOU CAN GIVE PEOPLE THAT THEY WILL LISTEN , SOME PEOPLE READING THIS THREAD WILL STILL MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE DONZIKO MADE .

4bobo: if you are clever enough, refrain from doing business with this guy.I will never advice a body to accept his apology. Because the heat is too much, that is why he unwillingly accept to refund the guy money, believe me. He refused to post his account balance as per date requested telling you that he might have spent the money. Since he knew it was mistake from his bank, why cant it do online transaction to refund his money immediately since both are using gtb account. He has spent that money and still claiming innocent before. Friday is just less than 24 hours a head. Lies upon lies. It is better to clean this site from scammers like this guy. He built his bussiness and will still uses his hand and mouth to break it down.
My senior brother is a top notch in sss, lagos and i have told him of this guy,s case, he is very interested in the case and he kept asking me the update. It is just a phone call that will fish you out, trust nigeria police, this is the type of case they will always be interested in. If you refused to refund that money on friday. I am waiting. My only regret that i will likely have is that your family that knew nothing of your wayward will be affected because you wont pay that 30k again when you are nabbed. You know what can happen. WHY IAM I EVEN WRITING THIS SELF?

The only problem is that EFCC do not attend to small cases like this, but I still insist on working with the Bank where the monies was paid into by the OP, i.e GTB-Bank, they should be able to help, give advise on wat the poster should do next.

Finally, an international website/company that keeps track on scammer's globally like "Chibuzor Eze" have requested for his details and pictures, which I will be sending down today.

I want to first of all apologize for not being able to comment for
a long period of time, it's due to some circumstances beyond my control

I can not step so low as to scam any innocent Nigeria of their hard earn money

Am so confuse at what some few people are posting when they know nothing about
what transpired between myself and the poster

It baffles me that my absence from following this thread has made some few people
tag me a scammer

If the poster really claims i scammed him, why didn't he appeared at the seminar
i just concluded? Atleast to prove or to deal with me as he promised?

Why didn't he appear to meet me face 2 face to prove his claims?

Let me ask this question.....

Before some of you post your comments, you are expected to think before you carry out
any posting,

Some one posted a topic, accusing me of scamming him, and i gave a screen shoot of
my account statement, i expected you all to hear from before concluding that i am
a scammer, any one could have come up with a forge payment teller

I hereby appeal to every one here to desist from intruding into our issue
as i have decided to take it up with the poster,

I will not sit down and watch one bastard tarnish my image for no solid reason

The authorities are already working on it, as my attention was required this
morning at the office of one of the authority this poster reported to

I was told to go and settle with the poster and if he disgree to co-operate
with the settlement, i should get back to them

So i will advice every one here to keep off from this issue as it's been
handled by the authorities

This guy is a fraudster and a very pompous one at that.

I have been reading this thread from the begining and the conclusion is clear, This is the sort of character that spoils the name of every online sellers.


I will advice the OP to start to take any step that he deems fit to take so as to bring this fraudster to justice.
