I don't think it's a question of Igbo being intellectually superior, it's a rebuttal of the genetic basis for IQ score differences between the "races" propounded by certain Eurocentric scientists to explain both the lower levels of socio-economic development in Africa and the persistent relatively lower levels of socio-economic achievements especially among African Americans. The articles make a case for the environmental basis for IQ score differentials.

You read it well bro. That is the main point though the writer used examples that highlighted the Igbos as having high IQ score comparable or higher than that of the European. It is all about how the environment affect the IQ of an individual. I couldn't stop reading until I found nothing to read again.
