Does anyone else think Charlie, Sophie, Roddy and Siavash are all a bunch of weaklings and falsies grin? Threatening to stage a walk-out, but when it came right down to it, noone had the nerve. Charlie ran out of the diary room claiming to want to take a bath first before deciding, while those two airheads(Sophie&Roddy) looked scared as hell. Only Siavash showed some backbone, but really if he was so sincere he could have just walked out himself while the other losers were stalling.

I just think Lisa and Dave have been the most constant. They both have their faults, but there's something about their smoking, tea-drinking friendship that I like cheesy. The rest can jump off the BB roof for all I care tongue grin.
On the contrary I do not like them. I want Lisa to be evicted.

I still prefer Sia or Sophie to win. In the worst case senario let Lisa win but not David!

Cos the judicial system is made up of more males than there are females, the judges are appointed by mostly males.
Exactly what I am saying. There are more male lawyers than there are females. Remember that women there was a time women did not think about all these professional disciplines. It was a male world. you cannot push away a guy who deserves a position just to appease a certain gender. if it were the other way round, you would not let it happen.

In Nigerian, Federal character and quota system is what is killing the country. You must have a certain number of people from each zone whether qualified or not. Not good! Are you an attorney?
FamilyRe: Is It wrong to correct ones parent by agabaI23(m): 2:34am On Aug 31, 2009
Judges are appointed based on merit not based on gender. There are more male Attorneys than females. Do you want to introduce gender character? tongue

Lol. Doesn't seem like biased law to me, afterall men are still paid higher wages than women.

Maggie, as in Thatcher? I'm not too familiar with politics.
You are on the money. It is Thatcher.

OK you should be familiar with pack your bag and go and never come back to this house.
You should be familiar with a man losing all his life sweat to a gold digger who is married to for the sake of getting a divorce.
meanwhile go to amaka thread and tell us your first sexual experience wink

Agaba: Sometimes a teenager can be smarter than their parent/s.  undecided
That was why i said 'many' cases. Having said that, in most cases, they may just be claiming smart when they know nothing except when it has to do with computer games and other technical stuff which most adults have no time to get acquinted with. Ask McCain!

If you live in the UK, you will know cop happy women are. So you sure know what Maggie did for the birds, don't you? undecided

Chiogo you are just a teenager! so you may be not be in the best position to correct your parents in most cases.

I tried correcting my teacher when I was in secondary school because he was a drunkard. He used the word 'pronouncing' to refer to the growth of the tail feather of a fowl and i thought he was drunk. Later, while I was studying, I felt ashamed. You may be smart but experience is comes to play in many cases.

ARSENE WENGER will today receive a grovelling apology for his Old Trafford humiliation.
The Arsenal boss was forced to stand among Manchester United fans for the final 30 SECONDS after fourth official Lee Probert complained he had kicked a water bottle.

Probert moaned to ref Mike Dean and he sent Wenger off - to the delight of 75,000 United supporters . . . .

Na, not just Nigerian parents cos my dad is like that. Anyways, we've given up on trying to argue our point (without being rude of course). All we do is just laugh among ourselves, or just speak Igbo. LMAO! Maybe it's just a guy thing. Same way some boyfriends don't like apologising when they're in the wrong.

Anyway, life goes on.
Thank you. I was about asking what is it about 'it is nigerian thing' slogan about everything. Most people have not lived with people from other culture.

This issue is just a male thing nad male ego has no boundary. It is just that female- biased laws have tamed the male ego in the western world otherwise there is no difference anywhere.
