sorry thought your wood work is what is shown above.

The cost you might roofing depends on some key factors

1. The height of the carcass
2. The area of the house
3. The design of the house.

You can cut corner on 1, i.e you can lower the height of your wood work to reduce cost. The higher the carcass, the higher the meters of roofing to be consumed. But if the wood work is high your house becomes beautiful and have lower risk of leakages even when the woods loss it hardness.

I have done a 6bed roof which cost 760k steptile 0.45mm in Uromi, A 6 bedroom using Longspan 0.55mm in Ibadan for 920k all include transport, installation cost from Lagos.
