Are you in abuja... as their turn around seems quicker. If you use priority and abuja and it comes out same week then you should be fine.

I think with priority you should be fine but sometimes priority doesn't keep to the 5 day turnaround so u can't fully predict but can try

No rules...it down to personal choices. Many are even abandoning school and going to tier 2... but I feel its a trap to keep people in minimum wage for 5 years all for paper
