Bro ..easy na

Strange that this question keeps coming up few hours or days after we just discuss it. Folks don't read older posts any more?

I remember when I came into UK, I read through over a thousand pages of this thread. Took me months but the knowledge I got helped me so much.
Congrats .. please how did you go about the suitable arrangement for dependant?

Letter of enquiry to schools relevant to age (replies to those emails are your evidence)
Living arrangement- communication between letting agent and you. That's it in my experience and it worked.

Baking Assistant is one I like. She will help the baker with taking measurement and portioning of flour, sugar and its likes. She will also do little baking stuffs like cutting and basic designing of cup cakes and cookies. Depending on her interest and passion (most importantly the bakers she’s working with), she can become a baker in a short time.

Tho she will be paid by age, and it may seem to be less for the stress attached to a baking assistant work, It’s just an easy ticket to becoming a full baker.
Dear Ancestors,

Please, to the ancestors based in Manchester, I would appreciate your advise on an approach to get a full time job here in Manchester.

I don apply tire with regret mails or some form of excuses not to hire. I have even on different occasions fine tune my CV just to meet job requirements but no success still. I had to even start applying for care assistant jobs but most of them ask for a car and driving license. Where I want see car when I'm still new in the city.

Please any tips would be really appreciated. Abeg!!!

It's because it might be a domicilliary care job. That'd the stark reality. Getting a car as a newbie is not as straightforward as they make it look.

Thanks. Very informative

In the meantime, Write to them to give you more time to gather the docs.

Approach your workplace to see if they have provisions for childcare for their workers as some do.
Reach for a sole custody agreement with their dad.
All the best.

Thanks did that already. They don't have issues with that ... accommodation arrangement is their query.

I do not think they will be granted their visa unless you get a consent letter from their father or get a COURT document granting you sole responsibility for the children. A Notary Public is not a court of competent jurisdiction, therefore, any document from there WILL NOT FLY.

I'm not a lawyer, neither do I work in a court but issues like this are usually settled in the Courts of Law and not an ordinary Notary Public.

I hope this helps
there’s nothing wrong with using your employer’s address on your form, if you check on the skilled worker thread this is the norm. Also ur employer is your primary address in the UK, so that’s not a problem.
I really do hope that both parents applied and that the ECO is aware. They only ask for evidence of care arrangements when only one parent applies. In such cases, it is assumed that as the parent will be working or studying the child will suffer unduely in care and provision and want u to show how u have catered for that before granting the child visa.

This is exactly my situation now as a single parent pls how do I show evidence they are 15 and 17 years same gender. Thank you in advance for your reply

Please house, got this NSF

We would require evidence to support suitable arrangements for children's care and accommodation in the UK which must comply with relevant UK legislation.

What evidence can support this please?
Note dependants are 15 and 17 years same gender.

In their consent letter I wrote we will stay in the accommodation I will rent. This may not be satisfactory for ECO pls kindly advise. Thank you

Sponsor did not tick maintenance on CoS. On visa application form that was submitted the address for accommodation plan is Employer'address.

Is this ok?

Otherwise If it will be an issue--the dependants docs have not been uploaded yet can one attach an email sent tto agent about a particular property to rent? Just to show that it's been worked on.

Pls what has been the experience for those who have passed through this route. Thank you
