I remember when I came into UK, I read through over a thousand pages of this thread. Took me months but the knowledge I got helped me so much.

[quThank you ote author=Chreze post=120777987] Baking Assistant is one I like. She will help the baker with taking measurement and portioning of flour, sugar and its likes. She will also do little baking stuffs like cutting and basic designing of cup cakes and cookies. Depending on her interest and passion (most importantly the bakers she’s working with), she can become a baker in a short time. Tho she will be paid by age, and it may seem to be less for the stress attached to a baking assistant work, It’s just an easy ticket to becoming a full baker.
|

[Thanks quote author=dee1504 post=119035610] I do not think they will be granted their visa unless you get a consent letter from their father or get a COURT document granting you sole responsibility for the children. A Notary Public is not a court of competent jurisdiction, therefore, any document from there WILL NOT FLY. I'm not a lawyer, neither do I work in a court but issues like this are usually settled in the Courts of Law and not an ordinary Notary Public. I hope this helps
|

Please house, got this NSF We would require evidence to support suitable arrangements for children's care and accommodation in the UK which must comply with relevant UK legislation. What evidence can support this please? Note dependants are 15 and 17 years same gender. In their consent letter I wrote we will stay in the accommodation I will rent. This may not be satisfactory for ECO pls kindly advise. Thank you |

[Thank you for your response. quote author=leef2022 post=118708367] You would have to submit your own personal statement if maintenance wasn't ticked. Rent aint that so important.
|
Travel / Re: UK Skilled Worker Visa / Health And Care Worker Visa / Qualified Teacher Route by Agbekehorla(f): 6:10pm On Nov 26, 2022 |
Sponsor did not tick maintenance on CoS. On visa application form that was submitted the address for accommodation plan is Employer'address. Is this ok? Otherwise If it will be an issue--the dependants docs have not been uploaded yet can one attach an email sent tto agent about a particular property to rent? Just to show that it's been worked on. Pls what has been the experience for those who have passed through this route. Thank you |
