We have web version of telegram, and there is desktop version of telegram. You can use anyone that you prefer.
No desktop version of imtoken, but you can use myetherwallet (MEW) or use metamask which is an extension on chrome browser and Firefox.

I have answered this question several times. You can only convert a token into cash when it is listed in an exchange.
Andi think most of the tokens you listed have already been listed so they can be sold but you only get little from them now due to the bearish market. I mean Bitcoin price that is dumping is not allowing most coins prices to rise.
I'll suggest you wait a little till the bull season comes around, then you can sell.
But if you still want to sell, go to our telegram chat group. And read the pinned message. The process of selling your token to get ETH or btc has been explained.

If you meant the ethereum wallet address,
Download imtoken on play store , open the app and register. Make sure you keep your password and word or seed phrase securely.
Open it and click on ETH from the app, the wallet address is the long characters starting with 0x... With other 40 characters.

The telegram channel has many airdrop links that are still open for registration. And new ones are posted daily.
Though I don't know if imtoken is compatible with iOS .
But u can search for it in apple store first. If not available , then go for myetherwallet.

Tokens cannot be sold until such token is listed in an exchange. Confirm if the token you intend to sell is in exchange first. Exchanges have different methods of trading on their platforms, though slightly similar.
You must also signup on those exchanges first before you can carry out any transaction.

Note: This is not about Crypto trading but airdrop.
However, if you intend to learn about Crypto trading, you must make a lot of sacrifices to the Crypto gods first before you become a pro. Lol
Learn about fundamental analysis (FA), twitter and bitcointalk are good for this. Technical Analysis (TA), babypip and one other site I can't recall now are good for this. and finally, be disciplined.
Some will tell you to follow some trading call groups on telegram, but I'll advise against it because it is very risky and can send you back to the village.
It is better you learn the rudiments by yourself.
